I'd certainly take 21st, as i'm shitting myself at the prospect of all these clubs i've watched in years gone by and we've not had a sniff at playing any of them until now, or if they had an off year and dropped down to division 2 (league one as it is now) - ala Man City.
It hasn't kicked in...
Be more pressure on us if Wycombe drop points. The good thing is management and the players have been in this position before so know whats required. If Wycombe get a win, then it'll be BAU until next weekend.
Did you see the Walsall goal on the weekend that was disallowed as Newport all surrounded the ref and was eventually chalked off after complaining? You'll probably say that was McClean as well. The pen was as blatant handball as Maradona was. Get over it.
Behave.
If you're a grown adult thinking we pay the refs off, you need your head testing. Same goes for any whopper who comes out with bullshit like that.
It wasn't handball and wasn't a pen, so both correct calls.
Really excited/bricking it all at the same time. We have been in this situation before a few times already since our takeover and I really hope it happens again in our favour. I've gone passed the point of caring about next year as we'd get about 12 points anyway the way we play. PP really got...
We're staggeringly high. I'd imagine the agents have us over a barrel. Can imagine the conversation with the club be like 'you want to sign my client, well give me £x and i'll twist his arm a little more to join but it will cost you.'
Lets hope we turn up away from home. Since losing to the Slops away in January, I think we've only lost 1 away game since.
Still cautious of Wycombe grinding wins out. Sign of a good team.
