He's a realist, seems to be creating a really good atmosphere which I think is starting to pay off, performances are getting better.
Hes got belief in the side to keep them up but I think he knows if it ends in relegation then they did all they could. Considering his last job at Gainsborough...

Shaw Lane's(soon to be the national league's next bankrolled team) biggest game ever vs Lincoln in the Fa Trophy has been postponed as the FA are investigating their win over Nantwich Town
Ah crap didnt mean seats, just meant capacity.
I can't see the reason for this requirement tho, considering Ferriby will only top 1000 potentially 3 times this season (Lincoln, York and Tranmere).
Whats the point in mandatory capacity raising when its not going to be more than a quarter full...
Real feel good factor at city atm, hoping it continues!
Shame about Harrogate, I think the potential is there, I feel you could have been alot further up if you didnt stick with Weaver as manager, being the son of the chairman is in his favour though
If the money keeps coming in it shouldnt be...
Does anybody know if there have been any rule changes regarding stadium capacity and upgrade criteria in the National League?
I remember last season Guiseley were essentially racing against the clock to fix up their stadium or face relegation regardless of their place but I've not heard...
Always suprised me that Harrogate doesnt get bigger gates considering the size of Harrogate and the lack of big teams in N. Yorks, is it just a case of many in Harrogate support Leeds?
How can I forget our defensive masterclass for 99% of the match, what a classic that was!
I think you'll be fine, can't see past the 3 Yorkshire clubs and Braintree/Southport tbh. The only team picking up points at the moment are Guiseley but their start is going against them.
Must win game vs Gateshead, only away win (and points) were at Gateshead so hopefully we can take maximum points. Need to keep up with the pack to have even the slightest chance in this race.
No team ever shows up to a game not wanting to win.
The whole point of football is to stop the other team from playing. The Woking game sums it up perfectly, even playing Woking who have probably the 2nd lowest budget still played us off the park. Its not for lack of trying, we just dont have...
A team that tries playing attractive football on a northern premier league budget in a full time league is going to get thrashed week in week out. Ferriby have fought for every point this season and held their own when in reality this team wouldn't be top 3 in the northern premier.
Saying why...
Gateshead (H) W
Alfreton/Gainsborough (A) L (fa trophy, perhaps a draw/win if its gainsborough, doubt it though)
Maidstone (A) L
York (H) W
Would put Ferriby on 21 points, will no doubt be 10+ points adrift at that point but I think if we reach 30+ come the end of the season then theyve done...
