Since so many of you horrible lot are still in the cup, it's a half fixture list in the league:
Aldershot V Boreham Wood
Bromley V Maidstone
Dover V Dagenham
Guiseley V Chester
North Ferriby V Gateshead
Tranmere V York

At the top Tranmere can take advantage of the week off for FGR and Lincoln to go top with a win, at the bottom there's a winnable game for Guiseley which would send them 1 point from safety, but the 2 most interesting matches are both in Kent, where 5th takes on 6th and 3 points for either us or Bromley would do a world of good in the battle for survival.

I think we'll find it tough against a Chester side doing well this season. Three points would be massive for us though.

If Dover beat Dagenham then the top 5 could start to open up a gap. Big game.

Losers. Imagine not being in the Cup still.

If nothing else it'll be our best away turnout of the season tomorrow. 5-600 at a guess. They made us look pretty bad in the home fixture (as many have honestly).

Rovers have ridden their luck in a couple of recent games, but still got a result. Think Wallace may get a start v York on the back of an impressive cameo at Gateshead, but it wouldn't surprise me if we drop points in this one.

We're having our winter break, no time for tinpot cups. There's a league title to be won.

We'll have plenty of chances to actually win the FA Cup in years to come, no point in bothering with it when your no hopers.

Must win game vs Gateshead, only away win (and points) were at Gateshead so hopefully we can take maximum points. Need to keep up with the pack to have even the slightest chance in this race.

Difficult game for us I think, we are tough to beat, only Forest Green and Lincoln have managed it in the league since August but I'm looking at your good recent home record.

You got a point away to us in case you don't remember.

But we're apparently amazing now because we've won a couple of league games and are in no relegation danger.

Think York will make tough opponents this afternoon with their new acquisitions and it won't be an easy ride as many are expecting on the Tranmere forums.

Must say it feels weird going to an away game. Last time I did I wasn't even a teen yet: I'm now no longer a teen

How can I forget our defensive masterclass for 99% of the match, what a classic that was!

I think you'll be fine, can't see past the 3 Yorkshire clubs and Braintree/Southport tbh. The only team picking up points at the moment are Guiseley but their start is going against them.

Awful half. Very even, both sides looking bereft of ideas. The ref is trying his best to prove to everyone he's in charge, and in turn accidentally acting like a pillock. We had the best chance with a free header just yards from goal, but Sutton glanced it instead of burying it.

Mellon needs to change this up.

Course I go to home games, not sure about Bromley fans though, think we might outnumber them tbh

I said did you got to home games during your teenage years when you never went away, not do you now.

Bit strange if you did go to home games but never went away, given you were technically playing away every week anyway.
