Only one 'biggie' in Rochdale vs Swindon. Burton will probably see themselves safe with a win at our of form Doncaster.

We didn't pick up any further injuries at the weekend, which is a relief. MA isn't a fan of making too many subs but ironically having to do so on Saturday got us back in the game. Rotation the name of the game this week for us this week, our subs will be planned regardless of the performance/score at the time. Walsh will probably start and get 60 minutes after a 45 minute second half outing on Saturday.

Burton will win, in fact playing us is a guaranteed win until the end of the season the players have stopped giving a shit since Moore left.

If we lose tonight we are toast. Sheradactyl seemed to sack off Saturday's game by resting players and giving our competition winner a game up against probably the trickiest opponent in the league and we were fortunate to only come away with a 3-0 defeat. That said, the GD has now taken a bit of a battering given the Wimbledon and Wigan wins and our climb looks harder.

I don't have a fucking clue what to expect tonight, actually that's a lie, I expect to lose. We do tend to play better away from home so there is a glimmer of hope.

We are playing Wimbledon this weekend at some stage so 6 points this week would be massive!

Two teams looking for a reaction tonight after poor home defeats. I’m expecting a fair few changes. But our players looked on the beach on Saturday and with so many either out of contract or likely leaving I’m not expecting much between now and the end of the season. As is the case in most our games now, this game means a hell of a lot more to Pompey, so I can see them coming out winners. Our performance has to improve on Saturdays though. I can except losing at this level, not giving up like we did on Saturday.

There is a lot of games before now and the end of the season for your players to simply give up. Hopefully for you they play for some pride and the club.
If not, yes we can win given our recent form.

Yes, Crewelad we really want this one to ensure that the Cowley's great start wasn't just a dead cat bounce. This season our away form has been way better than our home form so I'm happy to see that five of our last seven are away.

The target for us will be to seal a play-off spot as early as possible. I think that this season, probably more than ever, a chance to rest players pre-playoff will be crucial.

First time for a few games that we have a fit, available striker to put out with Marquis back from suspension.

Trust me they have zero pride and absolutely no interest in the club, if you don’t win it won’t be because of us

I was surprised to see that the historical results between us are quite close. I really thought you had a bit of an edge. Anyway, you still have the playoffs to aim for and despite Martin saying we must aim to finish as high as possible it must have some effect having nothing left to play for.

We are also not scoring much at the moment so if Lincoln go ahead I would expect to lose as comeback kings we certainly aren't. Most likely a 0-0 or low scoring loss. .

This is the worst Ipswich side in our history. The worst thing is that’s not an exaggeration, the facts back it up. Norwood talks the talk on Twitter but is useless on the pitch. If there were fans present they would get slaughtered. 20+ players out of contract in the summer, wouldn’t be surprised if they all left. Good riddance.

Sadly gone back to normal !
Fully expected just didn’t understand what took them so long, any team signing these players next season want there heads testing because they are showing no pride in themselves.
The team that got relegated to the conference which was basically a Sunday league pub team had more pride and fight than this lot, utter disgrace

Drew 0-0. It wasn’t pretty but it was a reaction of sorts. Plenty of hard work but very little quality. Pompey were also poor. They had two really good 5 minute spells, one in injury time of the first half and one in the second half when they had a penalty saved. Marquis penalty was very poor but I think his missed header from about 4 yards, which was like a back pass to Jaaskelainen was even worst. He certainly cost Pompey the 3 points tonight.

on a side note what has possessed that bell end with the Bell to come all the way up here on a Tuesday night to watch through a small gap in the gates and ring his bell all game. Proper weirdo he is.

Good win. Comfortable in the end barring the first 10-15 minutes of the second half.

What’s up with the goalkeeper Sarkic? His kicking is excellent however is lack of willing to come for crosses meant we looked like scoring every time the ball hit the box!

OK I give up. Sheradactyl decides to replace the immobile Brett Pitman with the immobile centre back Tom Broadbent ahead of 2 perfectly good strikers on the bench. How this man is allowed to manage a professional football club is a travesty. Just beyond awful against a side that had previously won one league game at home all season.

Pretty sure us and Rochdale are taking 2 of the 4 coveted path to league 2 spots based on what I saw tonight.

Still 4 from 6. It’s all about any team that can string a couple of wins together. Could go to the last day.

You’ve got us to play. We don’t score so there’s a point at least

We can barely string passes together let alone wins. The management team should be utterly ashamed of their 'efforts' this season. Rank rotten.

Was a good win.

Tbf to Shrewsbury they had the 1st 10 mins or so of the 1st half as well.

Love that we've had 10 scorers for the last 10 goals.

We do recently, but going back to your Martin Allen/Paul Ince days you usually got a result against us. They're usually good games as well.

A good win for us last night against a side who look to gain an advantage through having so much of the ball but probably create themselves too many problems by doing so, where you wonder if it's even worth it.

An added bonus of being able to take it easy for the last half an hour with the game won.

Exactly right. We are trying to be better than the sum of our parts which I don't mind but when it turns to ratshit, we don't have much of a plan B. Once we went behind there was only going to be one winner.

Saying that I can't really fault Russell Martin for what he's done especially with the turnover of players he has had to oversee. Mid table and safe in this fucked up season I'll take thanks.
