That's shocking. Wonder what i did wrong to be kept in.

Although of those that got kicked out i know one was for foul and abusive language towards stewards. And one for continued aggro towards stewards even after they had allowed him to stay after crossing the seats to try and get in to the home fans section. So maybe only 9 fans were kicked out for nothing?
Maybe but tbh the Dagenham fans were as much to blame

I think you'll find I wasn't the only one either. There were 11 people kicked out yesterday for nothing

The defence of every dickhead that's ever been kicked out at the football

You're taking me seriously???? Hilarious, well perhaps not hilarious if you're the kind of person taking things literally and seriously, perhaps just amusing. I don't want to confuse you

Christ almighty. No I'm not taking you 'seriously'. Sparrow's running rings round you, just give up

Bless.

Had a reasonably good day out in Ebbsfleet yesterday. Took less than 2 hours 20 minutes to get down there from Warrington on the incredably fast Pendolino and Javelin trains. Decent pre match pubs in the Rose and the George & Dragon with friendly locals. Greasy spoon cafe right outside the stadium serving all day breakfasts too. Impressive stadium for non league, but whilst the new stand looks really good from the outside its very underwhelming once inside.
Apologies to the Ebbsfleet fans for Tranmere's negative performance, expect more from a team with Tranmere's budget.

The Rose. Booooo.

George and Dragon is decent though, even if it is Swanscombe.

Agree about the stand. It's from the same architects who did Dartford, so I'm not surprised, unfortunately.

Yesterday was my first visit to Stonebridge Road for 27 years. You were in the old Southern League then and getting gates of about 400, so it is good to see how the club has progressed. The ground is as I remembered it, very tidy and one of the best in non-league.

You should still be called Gravesend & Northfleet though.

Our fans never did anything wrong, should we not celebrate goals? We got told by our safety officer a few of you were getting chucked out before it happened hence why you were being plucked out one by one. Most of the ejections were for making hand gestures towards home fans.

Given the age of those being chucked out its rather embarrassing. Even you own fans who I spoke to were embarassed.

Maidenhead doing OK post Tarpey.
3 wins out of 4 definitely proving we are no one man team.
Not only that, Marks has not played in the last 2, so we have been playing with no recognised centre forward.
( until the recovering from injury Hyde comes on later in the second half)

PS Tarpey injured badly with an Acl
and potentially out for the season.
Genuinely sorry for the lad, but I bet he wished he stayed with us.

A guy from the Wrexham media team just tweeted that whilst putting together the highlights he timed the Guiseley timewasting/injuries/subs and it came out at over 17 minutes in the second half....

INFAMY!!

Only Woking could better that yesterday, according to Sutton United.

I never said you shouldn't celebrate goals. I've explained that I was thrown out for no reason. I was told it was because I was standing up which wasn't allowed. And your fans were the ones gesturing and throwing insults around I think you'll find

I'd never seen anything like it before. Feel sorry for the Guiseley fans having to put up with that bollocks every week!

Blimey. Only the five years before I was born. ;)

Old school traditional ground which is, unfortunately, being transformed into a newer build which will take away the feel to it. It'll be a 7 day a week operation (rather than the current one day) so the money will be welcomed, but it just won't be the same.

'RE Gravesend and Northfleet, I would normally agree with that, but with the local developments planned along with those ongoing, Ebbsfleet makes sense.

I've been away all week so not seen a Cox game yet but I'll definitely take being undefeated and only conceding one goal in those three. Sounds like he's looking to recruit another striker asap too. A substantial improvement in results considering he's only had three training sessions with the squad. Hopefully a lot more to come as he works with the players over the coming weeks.

I've blamed our fans for a few things this season but not on this occasion. This was entirely the fault of the Halifax fans who decided for very little reason to kick off and infiltrate the home section of the TBS stand. Some of our fans may have said a few things back but in defence. Your lot initiated it and couldn't deal with the stewards stepping in. This was only a few Halifax fans to be clear.

Definitely the most ridiculous match I've ever seen in terms of playacting and time wasting. I thought there should have been 20 mins added on at the end, seems it wasn't far off that.

Have to say I perversely enjoyed Guisley's time wasting. It certainly added a bit of colour to a generally piss poor match. And that equaliser felt pretty satisfying.

Sounds very similar to what both Hartlepool and Torquay did to us. We must be learning. We scored the winner against Torquay well into time added on. Feels very satisfying when it happens like that.

So this league has gone from being the strongest it's ever been to the weakest in one season? :pond:

The fact that the only sides able to beat us so far are currently 1st, 2nd & 3rd would suggest we are rather better than a "poor" team, so that's quite a silly assessment on your part, regardless that we were poor today. Pro Tip- a more sensible assessment would have been to start with "Halifax were poor today".:bdick:

I said on that showing.

I don't know who you are so can't comment on why you were thrown out. If any of ours did the same the deserved to be chucked out.

Earlier in the season we had a handful of idiots like the ones that were causing problems for you lot. They have now been shunned by fellow fans and the club has banned them, since then no trouble at our games as they no longer come attend.

The problem is a handful can give you a bad name just like we started to see.

The mere fact you are able to tell us so much about the home fans tells us all we need to know, really. Normal people go to watch the football and regard time spent looking anything else as a waste of time and money and a distraction from the match. When you're watching TV do you look at the telly or do you watch your missus while she watches next to you? :dk:
