Shrewsbury Town v Exeter City 20:00 Thursday

You guys can fill in the rest.

Initially annoyed that Sky moved this one, but I'm going anyway for my first visit to the New Meadow.

We are on good form, but wary of a team that scored 5, albeit against ten men Crawley.

Magennis scored last night so interesting to see if he starts this one, otherwise I don't think we have any injuries so bring it on.

Got to be getting to the point where the shrewsbury and cambridge boards are getting a bit shifty, you feel shrewsbury need to get a win here (not sure they will)

As for us - stevenage at home.

Said all along and many times that the opening run of home fixtures were “kind” (not disrespect to any of those involved) and stevenage is the last of these - but boy have we took advantage and sit in a false but enjoyable position.

If we could get another win here it would be magical, hopefully a few injuries (mainly gregory) will be back but we’ve a couple of long termers coming back soon too!

International break will still affect us for this, other than Pym the other three have to travel that much they are usually not up to playing. Oceania to the UK travel takes a long time to recover.

Not expecting anyone back to start for this so will be another makeshift side, possibly Gregory back with a bit of luck but seems unlikely - going off Cloughie interview it’s still looking like 7/8 players missing. Defensively we looked incredibly weak on paper against Blackpool with so many out but they performed superbly and limited them to hardly anything.

Stevenage do not score or concede many so it’ll be a close one you imagine.

We're off to Rothrum - and given our notoriously shite away-from-home style of playing, expect a "nul points" outcome!

We are very up and down with the quality of our play and the defence was useless at Posh, so it can go either way.

Mr Evans will have a birds eye view from the stands as he pays the price for his gobbyness towards the officials on three previous occasions.

I think it’s brilliant that evan’s has more yellow cards than any player this season, great work.

They should do Evans a favour and take the fine money from his Just Eat/Uber Eats/Deliveroo/Foodhub balances

They put out a statement at the start of the international break that wasn't quite a vote of confidence but a "well he's had injury problems and he'll be expensive to pay off, so fingers crossed he's the new Caldwell".

Anyway, we'll be losing at home to Wigan this weekend. They were the last side we won against....on Easter Monday.

Not sure we've got anyone else back from injury yet, so expect a fairly makeshift side. Who knows how long Monk has left.

So, Shrewsbury fans, how is your drainage? It's been biblical at times today (though forecast for tomorrow is better)

The full set just for reference:

Another fecking 12:30 KO for us, not happy with that, although I guess on the upside you do get the disappointment of the day out of the way early.

Posh will be a very good test for us, it's 3rd v 14th in the form table, but they are typically a strong side at this level, and a win over the likes of these would be a good indication of whether we actually have an outside shot at playoffs, or if we're just destined for another mid-table finish this time around.

Cheers. Some pretty good games there, which makes it even more baffling why they've chosen us.
If it's called off I will be effing livid.

Orient at home. Both teams will be getting a bit nervy and wanting a win, our home form kept us away from trouble last year but it’s not clicked yet at Sixfields. Can see Saturday being pretty cagey, hope we can nick it.

There were Millers fans on Facebook convinced he had accumulated 6 yellows but the local journo says its only 3.

TBF if he jumps off his seat these days some refs can't wait to wave a card at him, but it's his previous behaviour that undermines him and he can only blame himself for that.

6 defenders out injured, only 5 left. Thank god one of them is Jon Guthrie. God knows why we gave Jordan Willis a new 2 year deal. Few important home games in a row coming up that we need to get points from, Orient, Crawley, Burton, Cambridge.

As Pilot below says, been chucking it down all day here, and still raining now. However, only had one game called off for a waterlogged pitch since the move to the new ground and that was due to a torrential downpour a couple of hours before kick off. Drainage is pretty good. If it doesn't rain tomorrow it should be on. Some local roads under water though

Flint and Williams suspended for Crawley. That leaves our defence looking woefully light. I'd bring in Malone but the ' betting' is he will not play for quite a while. Conroy, the club captain, has been injured all season and was last seen with a big boot. That leaves us with a back three of Barker (conf south), Mukena (conf north) and Mullarkey (Grimsby fans not unhappy with his departure). Any semblance of an attack from Reading and we're in trouble.

Also, injury concerns up front. Can't score can't defend what could go wrong?

I will try to watch from (very) afar, probably through my fingers.

Never sure what to expect from us. After 3 games in a row looking like the worst side in the division we were excellent against Birmingham. Our dip in form seems to have coincided with Stockport's. Will be a very important game if we want to be aiming for playoffs this season. Conor Coventry was my MOM against Birmingham and he's now suspended, so will be interesting to see who we bring in to replace him

Home to Birmingham.

I was at the game the last time we played them - away in 2004! Crazy to think that was 20 years ago in the League Cup. They had a decent side out that day with Heskey, Savage, Upson, Dunn, Melchiot, Morrison, Yorke, Gronkjaer.

We don't give too many chances up a game but I don't think Birmingham will be as forgiving as most sides in L1, and we certainly need to take any chances we create. We got another couple of bodies back prior to the international break in Hamilton and Hackett but they've been out for 8 months and 6 months respectively so it'll take a while for them to get properly back up to speed.

Hopefully Roughan is ok (taken off at HT for ROI U21's) and House is back after his broken nose.

So, no Josh Magennis. Playing two days ago for NI was clearly too much. Thanks Sky

Bayliss is the only one mentioned with a new injury
