Great win away at Charlton, lost Tulloch early with what looks like a hamstring injury but Lokilo slotted in and the only downside was that Charlton scored

Bizarrely enough he did two games for us Last season and he got 7-8 from pasoti for each. We made an assumption he had turned the corner. Clearly it was a two-match purple patch. We have Trevor Kettle so understand your fear.

Some season we are in for. Yesterday’s match could have ended at 7-7 let alone 4-4!

Very frustrating game yesterday. Our defending was terrible. At HT with it being 2-1 we had the chance to build on that, and just completely fell apart. A combination of errors from multiple players allowed Wimbledon to score 3.

Fortunately, last 20 mins, we woke up and decided to play again. Could of won it in the end.

If we can sort out the dreadful defence we could be a good team this season, but if we were facing better opposition yesterday, we’d of rolled over and got battered. No disrespect to AFC Wimbledon.

With 12 (?) players out its a great win away at Shrewsbury. Defended really well considering it was a makeshift defence. Keith Curle’s got us on a roll.

No disrespect taken. Our own defence is surprisingly poor so far and we need to learn how to put games to bed when ahead. If Pigott's fairly easy chance at 4-2 had gone in we might have gone on to score even more but credit to your subs for turning it around though we seemed to run out of steam completely after about 75 minutes and stopped pressing to give you more time to play out.

You look very dangerous going forward as long as Nouble plays wide and not central - he was useless down the middle but a different player after moving wider.

Dale v Pompey this afternoon. Not a match we normally get anything out of. Brett Pitman may have gone, but Ronan Curtis also seems to like scoring against us.

However, Brian Barry-Manager says no injuries picked up in the week, and Humphrys is available...

Team (if I were picking)
Bazunu; McLaughlin, O'Connell, McShane, Keohane; Morley, Ryan; Newby, Rathbone, Done; Humphrys
Subs: Lynch, Amankwah, Lund, Brierley, Dooley, Tavares, Baah

Prediction. 4-3 to Dale, with a late late winner from either Tavares or Baah :)

Another frustrating one for us away at Hull. Thought we played the better football for the most part and edged the first half. Dale missed a sitter when 1 on 1, and Mandron was a toenail from poking one into an empty goal. 2nd half we seemed to settle for the point and drop abit deeper, but still looked pretty comfortable. Then the linesman gives Hull a throw which probably should have gone our way, our player stupidly still complains whilst letting the Hull player cross for Wilks to nod in. Very frustrating. Hull didn’t look much better than average. But like Charlton very affective and clinical when they got their chance.

Gills a decent enough 3-2 win at Wigan.

Bizarrely for us, and opposite to last season, we scored some quality goals but defended poorly. Actually a pretty decent game to watch.

Yeah I’m not to sure what Nouble brings at the moment, he’s a big lad and he’s mobile, but the ball fails to stick to him. I though Byron Moore was so much more effective than Joe Edwards at right wing-back for the short time he was on.

Joe Piggott had a good game, and the lad (Chislett?) was busy. Didn’t rate Kalambayi at all.

Chislett is a bit of a find from non-league. He was playing level 7 only a couple of years ago as was Guinness-Walker our left wing-back. Chislett going off was when we stopped pressing because he chases down defenders like an annoying fly you can't swat. I think he was knackered by then anyway because he's not got the fitness yet to do that for 90 minutes. Kalambayi is lovely bloke who came through the youth team but a bit of a lump (though surprisingly dangerous when he makes one of his kamikaze runs out of defence). I think he is our weakest link at the back though and expect him to lose his place for the next game. Pigott has surprised me by being as consistently effective as he is, but when Ollie Palmer's fit to play I'd expect him, Pigott and Longman (who has a bit of class about him as shown by his finish yesterday) to rotate a lot.

Didn't watch our 0-0 with Dale yesterday, but listened to commentary. Jackett's decision to continue to play two holding midfielders, even against relegation faves is seriously hurting us. Could be he's planning to draw every game 0-0 this season?

We pushed forward more in the second half but missed some good chances, as did Dale. It's all very uninspiring. KJ must be one of the few people on the planet hoping we don't develop a vaccine as it's the only thing keeping him from a very unhappy fan base at the moment.

Did Jack Sowerby play in the match ?, sorry to lose him as he has come through the academy and was well thought of, right now we have an abundance of midfielders, ironically he was our youngest. Really hope he does well for you and trust you have a good season

I questioned Lowe's teams defensively last pre-season with Bury and whether or not he'd be able to balance the team well enough.

Can't vouch for you lot last season but at Bury, despite them having an ok defensive record in L2, gave up a huge amount of chances given their position in the league.

No he wasn’t registered in time. Hopefully he does come in and do well, Curle clearly likes him!
