The game makers are not pleased with the rate of only getting 1 fight per day so far, and fear that once the initial buzz wares off they may start to lose viewers. So measures have been taken to try to create more conflicts...

There is a rumble all through the map... and it seems to be coming from N1. I wouldn't stick around that area if I were you...

And with his great fighting skills and hunting skills, he is obviously successful! He'd have had to be massively unlucky to cock that up.

Veggie gains:

JJH decides to try to hunt his viper...

And the fucker gives him a bite in the ankle before slivering away! Ouch... JJH is violently ill for a while and comes out of it worse for wear. He loses 1hp.

Harv decides to hunt his deer... and is successful! Harv gains:
Deer (70 food, 50)

Don Tonberry also hunts his rat... and is also successful! It's not much of a meal, but better than going hungry.
Rat (20 food, 10)

By the way, if people want to eat, just let me know in the PM. You can eat as much of your food as you want... you don't have to consume all 70 of that deer in one go, for example.

Apologies for inactivity (other than winning a badass fight) but a combination of being busy, the forum being an arse a lot of the time, and being behind on what I'm meant to do in this game has led me to fall behind but I'll try and get up to speed.

Right, here we go... and I can confirm that we have TWO fights on day 3! One of them featuring multiple tributes

And that is our first one... between...

Ciderhead (8, 5hp) Stagat (8, 3hp) and Murphy (6, 6hp)!

It's a messy affair, with fists flying all over the place. Surprisingly, the first man to leave the scene is Ciderhead after he takes a nasty blow to the skull that he doesn't even see coming that nearly knocks him out. He gets away to see if he can recover.

And then, amazingly, the man with the lowest percieved fighting skill, Murphy, is able to land a solid elbow to the rib of Stagat which winds him... Stagat see's the danger, and quickly throws his net over Murphy before running away! Stagat avoids taking damage... Ciderhead takes 1hp damage... and Murphy, surprisingly, wins control of the square!

And what a square...

Murphy finds...:
Sword (8, 100, none)
Heavy body armour (100, +3hp)
Steroids (2, +1BR)

Holy crap! That is some serious fire power, backed up by an amazing defensive boost, with a little extra "juice" to help even more.
Hm... lots of people fighting for it, and that kind of a haul? Doesn't take a genius to figure out where that fight took place... though if I were you, with Murphy armed like that, I'd be backing the fuck away from there as fast as I could.

Viper (5BR, +50 food, 20) to hunt!

Hodge finds:
Rhinosaurus (15BR, +120 food, 100) to hunt. Yeah, you read that right.

Harv finds:
1 Arrow (6, 1, Must be combined with a bow/crossbow)
Can opener (5, used to open cans!)

And of course, we have one more fight...

In our second shock result of the day, SUTSS is actually somehow able to overcome Cardsfan! He catches him with a thumb to the eye and then gets him into a figure 4 leg lock. I don't know why he turned into Ric Flair, but fuck it. Cards limps back to fight another day, and SUTSS takes over the square!

Which contains... nothing.

Nope, none of the items do. Once they're taken, they're taken... though if you land the killing blow on somebody, they will drop all of their stuff so you'll be able to take what you want. There are a limited supply of resources about.

Also, I've made a pretty big decision regarding this game...

I have decided to do away with Stamina entirely. It's kind of cool having it in there, but I don't think it's worth it. Every time somebody moves, I have to open one document to see if there is anything where they land, and another quick reference document which tells me where everybody is... then I have to do a little bit more work to go into the OP and edit it, basically one person at a time as you all move, getting rid of Stamina. And then when fights happen, I have to get in there again. And then I have to find everybody who didn't move, and edit theirs too so they can recover. I'm currently having to monitor Hunger, Thirst and Stamina and it's just a pain in the ass. Of the three of them, Stamina is by far the most annoying though.

Basically, it seems to be a fair bit of extra work overall for very little reward and it's just a pain in the ass to have to keep editing. Plus, due to the fact that I seem to need to constantly be doing different things for different people with it, I am quite sure that I have made more than a few cock ups with it, I'm pretty sure I didn't actually update it at all during the last day. Plus it's supposed to take more stamina for going through rivers/swamps, and I haven't done that at all. So I'm just going to ditch it entirely.

So yeah, that's gone.

By the way, I just want to clarify somethings people have asked about...

Yes, you can hunt/drink/eat/do whatever and move on the same day.

When you eat, you can specify how much of something you want to eat. Say you have a Deer with 70 food and your hunger is at 50, you can eat 10 of the deer to fill your hunger to 60, leaving the deer with 60. If you don't specify, however, I will just assume that you want to refill your food back to 100 by default.

Moving on...

Haddock hunts the Pigeon (2BR, +30 food, 10)... and is successful!

Hodge attemps to hunt the Rhino! It's a ballsy move... but probably not a smart one right now. The Rhino gives him a whack right in the ribs and then runs off. Hodge takes 1hp of damage.

Don Tonberry also attempts to hunt his Viper... but becomes the second person to be bitten by one of these fuckers, before it slivers away. Don loses 1hp!

Spirederman hunts his Buck... but, buck me, it's another failure! Spirederman takes 1hp of damage!

Crossbow (0, 80, must be combined with arrows. When used, gives Arrows extra 2BR)

Don Tonberry finds:
Claymore (10, can be left on a spot when you leave. Next person to land there takes 1hp damage)

Natch finds a Rabbit (2BR, +50 food, 20) to hunt!

And... we have a fight between...

Not looking good for Ian... 3 less fighting skill, and if he loses this he'll be one hit away from death!

It's another ugly unarmed brawl, but Hodge manages to deliver a kick to Ian's head that lets off a nice cracking sound. IanH is dizzy and about to faint, but just about manages to throw some dirt into Hodges eyes giving him the time to escape. Hodge keeps the square, IanH loses 1hp! He's only got one left!

But then... an alarm goes off! This happened in an alarm square! The sound is coming from K8!
