We were very poor last night. We entered the stage a few weeks ago where if we had stepped it up a gear and had some belief, we could have actually challenged. We never succeed at doing so. Our seasons are rinse repeat year after year and will be while playoffs are considered our target. Cheltenham are the worthy winners of this league and last night proved it, they brushed us aside as if we were mid table fodder.

Don't think we won't turn up for the playoffs though. This is what Hurst had been preparing for all season. Finish 5th and let the coin flip decide.

Apparently we have a players back from injury and McDaid returning from International duty some a few more options for us.

Cheltenham did play well tonight, but jeez that ref was a homer if ever there was one. Pell literally threw himself on the ground to win the free kick from which they scored the first goal and Wright should have seen red for treading on the Grimsby keeper when he could have easily avoided doing so.
Surely Danny Wright will have a ban?

Does anyone have footage of the Wright incident? Can't find it online anywhere.

Pretty sure if grimsby are aware of it bt will provide the footage, had a lot of respect for Danny Wright, instantly lost it last night, never respected Pell though did exactly the same in both games against us,

Isn't there a new rule anyway where a player can get banned for diving?? That kabba at welling had one.

We've got a few players back after a sickness bug struck us before our game against Tranmere. We also have Zaine Francis-Angol back after international duty. But someone pointed out on the Alty forum that it's the worst home record v the worst away record today. So 0-0 the final result or loads of goals.

Weren't Boreham Wood late for their game at Cheltenham last week too? I haven't seen a side disgracing the league like this since Alfreton's coach broke down about 15 times.

Not even sure it will kick off at 4pm, they're still some way off apparently.

They were late for our game last week too. Not quite this late but still it's pretty poor planning.

Bit farcical, 4.30pm kick off but seems like we're actually just going to kick off pretty much when they decide to arrive so could be anytime.

Sounds on the radio like our bully boys are picking on the (not dirty) top lads of FGR. Poor lambs. The Radio Gloucester guy literally cannot believe it.

One down at Eastleigh, a backpass to our keeper bobbles on the shitty pitch, keeper kicks air and it ends up a goal. FFS

Radio Gloucester leave the feed broadcasting at half time so you get to experience the banging 80s tunes. Take part in the supporters club raffle and listen to the commentator and pundits stilted small talk. It's great.

Curzon Ashton....and Carlisle
Curzon 2-0 Hednesford

2 early goals 2nd half after even first. Curzon dominated chances and Heds have since goals lost any little morale they had left.

Curzon missed sitter just now

Disaster for Tranmere, great stuff for Torquay. Wrexham down to ten, please hold them out!

Curzon 2-2 Hednesford

So much for their failing morale. 2 goals in 2mins. A weird long range shot goes in due to Curzon keeper terribly off line, then a header.

Curzon took foot off gas and flogged this. If Hednesford want survival they need to capitalise and win this as they are on top now
