We were great between the boxes, just awful in both boxes. I feel the draw of a Devon Super League with Torquay, Exeter and Plymouth Parkway with no relegation is currently quite attractive.
I wanted a Lincolnshire tri-super league with 3 teams, but as it looks like Grimsby aren’t going to upheld their part of the bargain, I guess we should resign.

Quite a few apparently, there was a report on it a few years back and amongst football it is/was quite prevalent.

Gave 2 of the most laughable penalties away at the end of each half to confirm our inevitable, gutless, clueless defeat

I’m still in shock after last night. In complete control of the game and then James Henry handled the ball to give away a penalty (the stream didn’t really show how it played out). Minutes later, they got a second. Game over.

KR said in the press we dominated even with 10 men. I know he gets carried away, but we got overrun with 10 men. We certainly didn’t dominate and looked the less likely to score once 2-1 down.

Frustrating doesn’t come close. We’ve really not helped ourselves here.

Onwards to next season as midtable it is. Charlton will get the last play off spot.

Why are you always so negative about us?

We didn't "get overrun" when we went down to ten men. We didn't dominate them with ten men, granted, but we were not overrun and were trying to get level. This did, though, make us prone to the counter attack, which Wimbledon used well.

I agree with you that it was frustrating and that we didn't help ourselves.

I don’t think I am? Unless you regularly take comments out of context or have a heavily biased view of our season/how we play.

If you’re chasing a game with 10 men you’re going to get caught. The game becomes disjointed and the opposition get more opportunities to break. If that statement is negative, so be it!

Yes I agree with that. But getting caught is different from "being overrun" which is what I considered to be the negative part of your post.
