Long term they could just relocate to a different Police sports ground on the other side of London, seeing as the club isn't specific to any particular part of London . Their ground is outside Greater London and if there was ever a need for Police to attend an incident there it would presumably be attended by Surrey Police rather than the Met.

I seldom have much sympathy with Met Police but I don't think this restructure has been conducted in a very sensible way. Imo the Isthmian should retain Hendon, Harrow, Met Police, Staines and Walton Casuals, with Brightlingsea, Bishop's Stortford, Harlow, Potters Bar and Bognor Regis fucking off to the Southern.
I fear I may come across as a bit of an Isthmian fundamentalist, demanding that anywhere within the M25 is part of sacred Isthmian territory and must forever remain so (might be an element of truth to that), but this wonderful idea of mine seems to me to respect traditional boundaries without unduly inconveniencing anyone (although the five clubs I've just plonked into the Southern may well disagree).
