Great guy,gives 100% every game and quality.
BUT play him with a striker and will score for fun.
Askey and Watson both played him out wide in a front 3 and it doesn’t suit him,Watson also did the same to Langstaff and look what he did at Gateshead playing with two strikers.
Kurt will always get a good reception at York.

Hall is a big central striker, but I don't think he has much experience if you look at his stats. He looks more like a work in progress. He might be the player that Willoughby plays off.

Think Boston under Cox will boot/cheat their way out of this league.
Feel for Brackley good run club but lost that many players this season to challenge.
Darlo & Chester got better squads so should make play offs.
Played Buxton last season and they could push for title.
Hopefully kiddy can make it out this season somehow good club always do well.
Anyway will miss some good away days especially Blyth,Spennymoor even though they lie about away following,Alfreton and Curzon.
Will not miss Darlo away end even though I like the club and wish them well.

If we manage to sort out the LB slot and bring in Lucas Tomlinson I think/hope we'll be a lot higher than that. Our form at the end of the season was top 5, we only lost 4 in 19 (Brackley and Gateshead were 2 of them). A lot of our season will depend on Matt McClure's fitness and the likes of Dawson not being continually suspended.

Pretty much agree with that. Like Kiddy for top spot though and I'd swap Telford and Buxton around and then slot the former behind Darlo, Us and Spennymoor.

Buxton have money and looked a very good side when they knocked us out of FA Cup ,thought of putting them even higher.
Kiddy bottled it last season,thought they would see it out but failed miserably.Russ Penn is a great guy and hopefully they put it right but think you need an experienced manager in this division.
Also seen Alfreton have signed Denton so they will finish higher,the thought of watching a team with Denton and Rhead together makes me even more happy we not in that league.

Now managed by Jamie Vermiglio rather than Steve Cunningham, so let's see. Also had quite a turnover of players since then, losing players such as Jamie Ward and Ash Chamblers. Inherited James Hardy, who didn't set the world alight at Chester, but that might be a club thing.

I was going to say the same thing about Buxton. They've lost Jamie Ward, who seemed to give them a big boost, and also I think Ash Chambers.

Buxton lost Ward to Ilkeston and a couple to Tamworth. Brackley have essentially lost their entire forward line and replaced with Stead from Kettering and Riccardo Calder who didn't score a league goal for Rushall in the SLP.

By far the best player on the pitch for Boston in our playoff game with them Femi Seriki was on loan from Sheff Utd and he's joined Rochdale on loan today. And they haven't managed to get Marcus Dewhurst back and I've not seen the GK they've replaced him with either.

I'd like to say that we are stronger than last season, but I've thought that before and been proved horribly wrong. Danny Livesey will be the big miss, but then he was missing for large parts of last season. It could have been a very different story had he been more available, as it was very near a correlation that when he played we won, or at least didn't lose.

New goalie at Boston United is Rhys Davies from Kettering Town.

At last check just 6 of last season's squad remain and, with 3 announced this morning, there are 11 new arrivals.

Danny Elliott was always going to move on to a higher level, and his 31 goals will take some replacing.

We did expect to see Shane Bryne return - as did he himself - but he wasn't offered the deal he was looking for and declined it. If he performs as he did last season then Kidderminster have signed an excellent player. IMHO he should really have been our Player-of-the-Year, but I suppose many voting fans didn't look further than Elliott's goals?

We never expected either of Marcus Dewhurst or Femi Seriki to stay. Both were very huge fans favourites and both always had time to chat to supporters, sign autographs etc. I'm sure rhe Scunthorpe Utd and Rochdale fans respectively will take to them very quickly.

I would be surprised if we finished as high as 2nd, but there is a good feel about us after almost 4 stagnant years under Bern and Jonno. Steve Watson did improve us and we were second or third highest scorers last season, but woeful defensively. We still have some of last seasons dfefence.

Calder is a LWB so his lack of goals isn't a problem. Rushall's form absolutely tanked after he joined too, played the best football in the division before then.

As for the NLN, Fylde have it sewn up fairly easily. Kidderminster just don't have the bottle to maintain a full season's challenge and Boston sign about 60 players every season so this squad now won't be there by Jan lol
