Another chapter being written in our disaster of a season. Naismith, our only half decent looking defender and upon all hopes are pinned, sent off and now suspended for a potentially huge game midweek and a McGuinness og.

We weren’t getting anything here regardless but my god we have to do it in the most harmful way possible it seems. Can’t wait for the season to be over

We basically only turned up for 45 minutes then deiced to get all complacent and basically try to play tip tap football against a strong aggressive side.

Naturally got our just deserts.

I expected a tough game at Plymouth today but it was anything but. They didn’t show any fight or desire which was more surprising than anything else

None of the bottom three seem like they’re capable of putting a run together like we did last season

Speaking of sumo, hope someone at the club kept his number, probably do better than the current shite we have playing centre half - including our club record signing

That’ll be McGuinness is it? I noticed he was subbed on and scored an own goal soon after

I expected him to go on and have a really good career after his loan spell with us a couple of years ago. It can’t be easy to come into a struggling side mid season and do well but he doesn’t sound like he’s doing himself any favours

Yep that’s the one. He’s never going to reach all the add ons to make it the reputed 10m with where we are headed but it’s still in the 5/6 range

He’s strange because he looks solid for the most part and then will suddenly just drop an absolute howler. He just can’t concentrate for a full game. Admittedly our midfield has been poor all season (what hasn’t been) which doesn’t help protecting him, but he’s been extremely disappointing in his own right

What a day yesterday was. Beating top of the league, unbeaten in 17, on a sunny Sunday at a very noisy Fratton Park.

Unexpected 3 points which should see us safe.

Leeds should have had a penalty, but our team were brilliant everywhere. Murphy did well against the supposed best RB in the league, and Schmidt made some outstanding saves.

unexpected result, but I thought we'd give them a game. There was a feeling Sunday morning it was going to be a good one. Most amount of points at home this calendar year in the championship

Cardiff away tonight. Been said a couple of times but this is really last chance saloon stuff for those who retain the hope we might stay up.

Don’t see at all from this group to be honest. Doesn’t say a great deal for our January business that we are still rolling with Adebayo and Morris as a front 2

Won an absolutely awful game 2-1. First half was conference standard I think, went a goal down before a wonder goal from Clark seemed to give us a bit of life

Makes the bottom of the table look a bit tighter than it did especially with Derby getting back to back wins. Do think our fixtures are just much too tough though. Derby have a decent set of fixtures to play though starting with Plymouth on Saturday

Outstanding turn around last night, not the first time Rohl has turned the game on its head with half time changes

We have, on paper, quite a decent run of fixtures after the Steel City derby on Sunday

The pressure is off, we’re unlikely to make the play offs and won’t go down. Hopefully we just have a right good go and see where we end up

If you really feel you can't get into the top 6, wouldn't you be better off if the season petered out so Rohl stops getting attention?

It might just be the best way of keeping him?

He’s going to get attention regardless of how the season ends unfortunately. We all know it’s a matter of time before he progresses on to bigger things. Although it’s a step up career wise for him, I’d be disappointed if he went to Southampton or somewhere similar

Rohl is very good, he'll surely get a top offer from the Bundesliga.

Good point at Sunderland for us considering the injuries we're racking up but feels like 2pts dropped. We were the better team for 80 minutes, although Sunderland did have some decent chances. Both goals were really good.

I cringe at our time-wasting though, I think the game stopped for about 6 minutes and they equalised right after the restart when we had ten men on the pitch because Porteous feigned a head injury. We need to fucking pack it in, it's unnecessary most of the time.

We compete well against the better teams, we were probably decent value for a point at Sheff Utd, too. Probably would have come away with something if Osmajic and Frokjaer were available.

Relegation battle looks wide open. Cardiff seem to be sleepwalking and Oxford look bang in trouble.

All of the bottom 3 could escape yet.

Oxford got us tomorrow.

They need to win that one as play the top 3 at home after that.

We might score the first goal then try to sit back and hope it pays off.

Ridiculous how we haven’t won the game today. Boro could have had no complaints had it been 3-0 at half time. Second half we didn’t have as many chances but still had the McGuinness header

First half we missed some ridiculous chances, Aasgaards looked the best but Adebayo 1v1 also. He just has 0 conviction in his finishing. Really frustrating but has to be said the first time in an absolute age we’ve played well

As ever this season, we are back from a break and in worse shape than when we left off. Jones obviously getting a injury in International duty so possible re-shuffle in defence as we dont have a viable RWB alternative of any quality. Could be Doughty shifting across too RWB, Bell LWB and Burke LCB or Burke playing RWB.

If the latter says a heck of a lot about the the signings of Hashioka and Walters - none of it good.

Have 0 expectation in us any longer but we did finish off against Boro very well and should have won, a rare phrase when discussing our games this season.

Hilarious own goal wins it for us. Only way I could see us scoring as Morris looks injured and Adebayo frankly hopeless. Gove Adebayo his due though, his first half shot that hit the post was the first clean strike of a football I’ve seen in probably over a year from him (am not joking)

Hull played some nice stuff but didn’t really create anything clear cut second half, was nervy but on the whole we did well to keep chances to a minimum.

As they said in the godfather, I was out but they’ve pulled me right back in with back to back away wins now. Am still definitely in the going down side of the equation but at least we’ve started to show some life

Terrible game with 0-0 written all over it until the OG. We've been much better than that recently and have to hope we can get that form back quickly. Luton don't look like they have enough to make up the points difference, but it's not impossible.

It seems messed up. Last time I posted it took two goes, both apparently failing, then both posts appeared later. I guess people have given up because it doesn't work properly. We might get something at your place, our away form is light years better than our home form. Form tables over last 8 home/away show you bottom for home form and us 4th for away form. However there's a thing called Typical City which suggests when we're expected to win the wheels will come off.
