Red Passion served an important function when fans were rescuing the club from imminent extinction, but plenty of decent posters have abandoned the site since then and its quality has definitely nosedived. The glass is half empty moaners and humourless angry mob increasingly dominating discussion. At least it's located behind a registration required curtain to minimise the embarrassment.
I can guarantee it's not as bad as the Lincoln City "Banter" page on Facebook. A mating site for morons if ever one existed.

Not True. There used to be a decent Wrexham one called ONTTSS. And Red Passion was a much more lively, fun and balanced place for a period. Probably worth pointing out that there are a few decent posters on Red Passion. It's not a complete right off, but it's somewhere best avoided following a Wrexham loss. Unless you support another club and fancy a laugh of course.

Our first defeat in 5 games and on Red Passion we are destined to be non league forever, no chance we'll make the play offs and all our players are rubbish. Some of the people saying this were the ones getting carried away when we were winning consecutive matches.
On The Fishy peoples opinions actually fluctuate durung a match!
If we go one down like at Barrow all the Hurst haters start saying how shit he is, tactics wrong etc then suddenly 1 - 1 get in there etc and by the end its the 'season starts here' comments etc.
Sounds like all of our forums pretty similar then lol.

Looking back on the highlights I think we'll appeal Bennetts red, and have a good chance of winning it

Another defeat for Bromley yesterday, their fourth in a row, with one win in seven. A part-time team completely reffed out of the play-offs and top 10, and now heading for the bottom half.

We will try our absolute upmost!! PS. Where does the Lowestoft Hatred come from?

Our inability to beat them, which wasn't helped by being screwed over at their place in a playoff semi by a weak ref. There's a mutual dislike from both sides.

From what I read on their forum it's injuries, destabilising conjecture over losing their better players and no plan b tactics which have seen them slide. Yesterday was probably our easiest game of the season although we did play very well. How much of that was us being great or them being poor is difficult to say as I've not seen them play before.

Bromley are poor, I thought they were when they somehow beat us 3-0, which was pretty much solely down to Emmanuel.

Just a note on our referee yesterday - Richard Wigglesworth, he was excellent again, I've seen him a few times this season and he always seems to try and let games flow wherever possible, gets the vast majority of decisions right and is consistent in those decisions.

Well said. For all of the stick that referee's get down here, it's refreshing to see them get praise as well.

I'm assuming Hearn and Cox had a bust up after his substitution today?
Haha, not quite. Hearn looked good yesterday and think he'll work well with Cook. We brought Rigg on for his debut and he went off 4 mins later with an ankle ligament injury - loan cancelled, which is a massive shame. Anyone know if you can get emergency cover for an emergency loan signing?

Sounded like a disappointing result for us. Still, 6 points from Chester (A), Tranmere (H) and Barrow (A) is a decent return in a week.

Woking were fairly poor yesterday. Never really got to grips with the wind and managed a few wayward shots and that was about it. We rattled the bar and the post, and dominated all bar about 15 mins. We've a decent record at home, so let's see if Cox can approach away games with some kind of game plan, unlike his predecessor.

Have you by any chance usually got a result off him?

I was slagging Richard Wigglesworth off after the Torquay game last season to a visitor in my office. Little did I realise that I was slagging him of to Richard Wigglesworth himself.

Oops :D
Whenever I leave a game thinking about the football I've seen and not about the officials decisions i know they have done their jobs well

What a waste of time and money it was going to watch us this weekend. Mekki probably the only player who bothered to turn up and he was sat on the bench for the first 20 minutes. Also, why bother recalling Jake Kirby if we're not even going to put him on the bench?! Then we've got Brabin and Matt Hill both coming out after the game and saying it was a good performance, what planet are they on? We didn't even have a shot on target until the 88th minute! More chance of us going down than up this year.

Bromley haven't been 'reffed out of the playoffs'. They just aren't a playoff team.

They looked decent against us mind, but we still beat them. Take Emmanuel out of that side and they would be bottom 6.

I notice FGRJC hasn't mentioned FGR's home attendance from the weekend. Any reason?

That's because my usual argument is we get more at home than the massive Halifax and once again we did...

B2TF has got so far under your skin that you actually use a side that was bottom of the league as a yard stick.

Outstanding

I'm not knocking you here as i have nothing against your team, but if your league positions were reversed, do you think you would then?
Comparing attendances of a team bottom of the league v a team that has been top 2 all season, is very odd i think.

Never known a ref to change his mind as much as Wigglesworth. In our cup game at Alty last month he gave the most ridiculous penalty against us which he eventually overturned, in fairness. How he made it in the first place still baffles me though.

He was in charge of our FA cup replay v FC Halifax! I take it you didn't bother to make the long arduous trek over to support your team for that one then :)
