In 3 years the furthest Aldershot could have got is to have just been promoted to the Premier League so therefore they would not yet be in the Champions League.

Not usually an optimist, I can see us having scabbed a promotion via the play-offs - maybe teetering above relegation back to the National League. Morecambe, Fylde and maybe our other neighbours, Carlisle might be in the National League too.

Yes we're projected there, but a) that often gets something wrong (though I don't think it has in this specific instance), and b) after promotion we'd be looking at Southern League Premier based on current club standings - we're a bit to the south of Kettering who are in the Southern Prem. It's true to say that Southern Prem wouldn't be the only step 3 division we could be in, so maybe saying "or Northern Premier League Premier Divsion" would have been more accurate
