Eventually...I'm just letting the tank run for a month or so to cycle and build up the bacteria again in the filter. The heater isn't hugely necessary (which is the most annoying thing) but it does help them grow and reproduce...without it they'd just be smaller and probably not reproduce, but I wouldn't trust the heater anymore so that's what I'll do. The snails are still going cos they got out of the water.

Thats something I'd like to do one day as I'm a bit of a Japanophile. I tried to learn the basic Hiragana alphabet last year, but kind of gave up too quickly! Want to go there next year though so hopefully I can pick a few things up before then.
