Meanwhile in 1FF, i finished with the 3rd highest total yet finished 12th. Booooo :)

Shame that few people gave up early though, as it seemed to create gimmes down the stretch.

I quite liked the depth of the league this year in terms of team numbers, it made the waiver wire harder and made you plan ahead a lot more, but would be good next year to scale back a bit.

I guessed it was the number of teams that made it tight as all the good players got spread out. Maybe wrong on that, is just a theory. Agree on those who quit midway through. Pretty shit, especially as not everyone played everyone else. I'd exclude those who quit from entering next year I reckon.

Loserbowl?!?! I had the same record as the team finishing 2nd :msi:

I did finish above Carel though, and that's what really counts, I think we can all agree :bg:

Well if you had the same record why didn't you finish joint second WITH ME, hmm? :pond:

It would be good if we could scale it back to 14 teams or so, 18 was a bit much and there were a few teams that each of us didn't get to play. Also quite a few teams that just gave up as soon as they were out of contention. I know it's hard to exclude anyone, maybe a split into two leagues (or conferences with a fantasy Superbowl?) could be possible if there is enough interest.

Given how crippled my running backs have been all year am amazed have managed to spawn 7-7. That said it's nigh on impossible to really improve that much when you're sat bang in mid table like i was all year as people keep getting all the best waiver wire targets before you in such a big league.

Have to admit I regret not taking the original trade offer Jimbob made me including Jamaal Charles knowing what was to happen just over a week later. C'est la vie!

You're always going to get players who drop in fantasy no matter the league size, I was in a couple of 10 teamers which saw people drop as well, the only real difference with the 18 team setup is that the WW is barren so it's nigh on impossible to replace the injured players.

Who cares about all that though, I made the show "Just win baby, just win."

I don't know how feasible it is but could a dynasty league be the way to go if it's as big next year? Just a suggestion.

I know I've been playing in a TFF/1FF league since 2010, and some have been playing for longer I think.

I've screen shot the current playoff standings and have decided to not watch anymore NFL but instead live in a quasi dream where the Lions win the superbowl as Matt Stafford, with broken hand, converts a 4th and 38 hail mary to Golden Tate as time expires.

Thank god the biggest fraud in coaching has FINALLY gone. Fisher has been living off 1999 and the music city miracle ever since the final whistle blew. 6 winning records in 22 years of being a HC, the man clearly knew how to blackmail well.

I'll definitely be at that London game with the Browns, can't wait to see Cody Kessler.

Knowing the Chargers we'll finally sack McCoy and hire Fisher. And move to LA.

Mike Nugent cut today...sadtoseeaguylosehisjobetc...but he was so terrible and probably is relieved more than anything - wildly inaccurate and doesn't have the leg to hit over 40 yards. Good riddance.

Didn't think was possible but Ziggy has benched pretty much everyone for his semi final.

certainly is. If I'm not in with a shot at the title then I'm not bothered. 2nd is nowhere, enjoy your pointless victory Romosexual Tendencies.

Insert snarky comment about the Lions.

Gentleman. I have a similar approach...

I play in another league with my friends (sorry, you guys are my only friends). I had a dreadful season, so the only consolation I had was that if I lost my match up and my best mate also lost his, I would screw him out of a playoff position based on points scored, as my opponent would go through instead. He ended up 5th and I ended up winning $200 on Draft Kings. It was a good Sunday:

Good to see the Pats fan finishing bottom there.

Got my same Wembley seats for next years games but changed the Twickers one. Gone for the direct debit route, only costing me £30.35 a month for 5 months, not bad tbh.

Not bad. Any idea how much I could pay to watch the Saints v Dolphins game?

Thanks. That seems quite reasonable.
