Make America Gronk Again - cheers Craig.

Meanwhile it has taken literally a matter of a couple of months for AB to start playing up in Oakland. If ever there was any doubt the Steelers took the right course of action moving him on for what they can get then that has now surely been settled

Can`t say now happy we are to have got rid of Brown. The guy has got an entire roof of slates loose. Wouldn`t be surprised to see him sit out half the season. Meanwhile Ju Ju will rack up the yards and the Tds for the Black and Gold. Can`t wait my trip over to the Steel City for the home opener against the Seahawks.

College ball back this evening.

Still need one more player in the fantasy league. If we don't get anyone I'll just boot Lamby...

Until last season when they finally got an offensive line the Colts have totally ruined him. The amount of hits he took prior to that just taken their toll. Fair play to him for this decision.

Damn I was hoping he was getting back I think Luck has paid a major price for no Offensive line over the years when you think of him when he was coming into the league he was probably the best College QB prospect since Peyton well the Colts have Sucked for Luck now they can Tank for Tua

I've joined the fantasy league again, left it a bit late to check to see if it was running this year.

Great we've got a full league now. I've set draft time to 18:30 on 1st September if that's cool with everyone? If you can't make the draft you can set your preferences and the system will auto-draft for you. I'll tag everyone on Sunday afternoon to remind.

Interesting day from Roster cuts was kind of suprised with McCoy but the money saving is the reason behind it he should find another team quickly also it is interesting that two Brits Gillan and Obade both made Rosters. Also the Jets cut there 2019 3rd round pick Jachai Polite can't remember the last time a 3rd rounder did not make the Roster but he did have a ton of red flags

As much as I hate them that is a pretty sweet deal the Dolphins have got for Tunsil. 2 first rounders and a second. Texans needed to do it though as that OL is the second worst in the game only behind Arizona’s.

Dolphins one way or another will get Tua in next years draft then with this capital.

Think it is a bad deal for the player imo Texans got fleeced twice in a day first by the Seahawks for Clowney a 2020 3rd and two Linebackers but I do agree Dolphins look like in a prime position to take a QB

How was your draft then, folks?

I let mine auto for the first half of it so I didn't fuck it up completely then took over with some manual picks later. Took a bit of a punt on Josh Allen but (a) there were no standout QBs left at that point and (b) I had to coz it's Josh Allen.

Anyone else get a bit FOMO seeing players you've gotten to 'know' by having them the last season or two on other teams? Go well, Tarik Cohen.

Know what you mean on that Stagat. Thank you for your service Kerryon Johnson. Also the first year have not been able to draft Gronk in ages. Admittedly that has involved me completely reaching in the draft to get him in the past but hey ho.

Not the worst team anyway, probably a bit less good at WR and TE this year but for any big name getting drafted in my team is a bit of a jinx as at least one of them is now guaranteed to hit IR. Every year without fail.

The draft recap thing that gets sent out afterwards has me finishing 1st, with a 97% chance of making the playoffs. Just a touch optimistic I reckon.

I’m projected tied 3rd, with a 9-4 record, I’ll take that after picking last!

Though there are a lot of question marks on my roster so wouldn’t be surprised if I didn’t get anywhere near that

Two firsts and a second rounder though - the Texans got fleeced big time. That said when Matt Kalil is your starting tackle, desperate times call for desperate measures.

I certainly don't disagree it is a ridiculous price to pay, not least by giving that haul up I doubt there has ever been a non-QB who will have the kind of leverage Tunsil will have come contract negotiation time. However they have made their team better. They already have the franchise QB in DeShaun but have had a problem keeping him upright. After QB I would argue that LT is the next most important offensive position. They only have to look in the division at Andrew Luck what not protecting him for the majority of his career has done to him so I can't hate on this trade too much, especially with Kenny Stills thrown in a credible WR2 so teams don't just have to key on Hopkins.

Feel for Josh Rosen a bit, that fella can't seem to catch a good situation since coming into the league and now is just acting as a placeholder for when they draft Tua likely with the #1 pick next year.

I’ll trade you David Johnson for him..

Got a D+ for my draft, projected finish 11th :ffs:

I got Mahomes tho, so I’m over the moon.

In other news, AB is making a fool of himself yet again after this recent altercation with Mike Mayock. They should just cut his losses with him, knock on wood if you're with me.

Wildcards Chiefs, Browns (kind of wanted to put the Bills here)

Nfc East - Eagles
Nfc North - Bears
Nfc South - Saints

Wildcards - Falcons, Seahawks

AB it seems the Bills dodged a masive bullet with that one it will be interesting if they cut AB will anyone pick him up with the amount of money he will demand when coupled with the drama.
