Only taken them about 3 years but the Bears finally see what everyone else has been seeing with Trubisky and yank him from the game. And then funnily enough the Bears score, can’t imagine what the correlation is there...

Edit - Well it was a Bears score unti the call was overturned on review.

Burrow is going to be really good I think. You can just tell with some players. This Eagles team even if they ultimately win this game are awful though. Been pretty much mediocre since they won the Super Bowl.

Rex Burkhead having himself some game today. Our O-Line after a slow start really imposing themselves on a decent Raiders front now.

This has been really clinical from the Pats. Huge clock killing TD drive when we were backed up. Cam managed the offense brilliantly today, he’s clearly enjoying being able to play behind a decent offensive line for the first time in his career. The Pats D are doing well also, Chase Winovich has taken over the game and given Carr fits.

Great drive led by Josh Allen to put the Bills back in the lead. That DPI call was very soft though it must be said.

Makes up for the interception call but I agree it was kind of soft really good win against an excellent Rams team

Dan Quinn will be clearing his desk as soon as the game is final right? Just how can that be allowed to continue happening.

Can't decide who will get fired first Gase or Quinn

For me it has to be Quinn, that Falcons team has some great talent but like with Houston it's being let down by coaching. The Jets for me have a talent shortage also.

Add another to Russ CV of beautiful deep balls for that TD to Lockett. That was picture perfect.

We have a tie in Philly. Eagles are shocking and if it weren't for Atlanta today people would be mentioning that a lot more.

Pain.

Worst thing is we will win 6 games, pick #10, pick a DB (not that we don't need one), keep Zimmer, and be stuck in this loop of mediocrity for another 10 years.

At least Jefferson looks very, very good, but I'm now at the point I don't want to win games. Sadly, there are at least 6 teams worse than we are.

Yeah Patricia is another one but that will probably not happen till Black Monday

Yes I forgot about him. He's very lucky to have benefited from the old pals act in NE with Bob Quinn as his GM. Was always puzzled about the appeal of employing him in the first place as the Pats defense under Patricia was often a complete mess save for the year we had Revis on a rental.

Love DK Metcalf as a player but it is basic stuff to finish the play not fumble it through the end zone like that. Not quite as dumb as the Desean Jackson one in 2008 but even so. There may be hint of bitterness that Metcalf has just cost me 6 points in fantasy also.

Sam Darnold oh dear. Such a terrible read there from him. The Jets have seriously sold him short by not giving him a line to play behind but by now you’d have thought some improvement would be noticeable.

Jets never really built around him either with Playmakers or O-line plus Adam Gase but he seems to not have progressed It's kind of wild that Allen and Jackson look to be the better QB's of the class given the criticisms going into the draft

Aye soon enough the Jets will have to make a decision on Darnold. If they end up with the #1 pick in the next draft do they at that point move on and go for Lawrence? The issue is with no weapons or line to speak of will they just end up ruining his career also?

Gase will be gone maybe in season, it’s only because the Jets had a decent run of form at the backend of last season that he was kept on this time. With Gase it was always fraudulent him living off being Peytons OC. Anyone who saw Peyton for any length of time knows he controlled the offense and any OC was only ever in name only.

Yeah the fifth year option get the feeling they may pass on it like the Bears did with Mitch It will be interesting to see if the Jets get the no1 pick they are definately in with a chance even if they don't there is some other interesting QB prospects like Fields and I think Trask could be a big riser similar to Burrow.

Not anything particular shocking but KC are just in a different world to everyone else in the AFC. I did at the start of the season have the Ravens going to the Super Bowl but it really does seem like KC just have their number and Lamar as much as admitted it afterwards.

As luck has it our next game is on the road in KC. If there is a team who could game plan to maybe slow them down it’s us as we have done ok against Mahomes before (could maybe throw in the Steelers too) but even so it’s a really tough ask.

I think in part it's down to Lamar's current limitations if you can keep him contained and not escape to the edge your forcing him to pass and Lamar really does not convince me as a passer.

Watched the Broncos Jets highlights. Looks like Rypien did pretty well, all things considered. Nice block on the Gordon TD too.

Seems the fantasy league has fucked a few people over this week with that Steelers Titans game. No chance to swap anybody out if you have them in your lineup. Did that come into effect overnight? Doesn't affect me but seems a bit shit.
