Philly looking at going 1-3-1 and still will lead that awful division. I'm kinda rooting for a team to win it with the worst possible record you can manage like say a 5 win season just for the laugh and with these teams it's feasible. It's so bad if the Jets moved to it I'd not back against them.

And one of those teams will get a home playoff game as well.

Fuck sakes, non-existent secondary and TJ Watt hurt - it’s actually impressive that the Steelers are going to blow a 17 point lead against a practice squad roster.

My word, the officiating in this game. Have the replacement refs been sent to Heinz Field?

Pittsburghs record at drafting and developing receivers is out of this world. It's like us with DB's. Claypool having himself a day.

Meanwhile really impressive performance from the Raiders. I'd have been tempted go for 2 to make it a 3 score game there though as we all know with Mahomes he can switch a game round in a couple of minutes.

Excellent performance from the Raiders but I don't think Mahomes has really hitten his stride yet this year.

Giants beating Cowboys NFC East is the most competitive Division just a shame they all suck.

Sad to say but end of this season Rivers needs to call it a day as well as Brady. You may still get the odd good performance when they reach deep down but that is very much the exception these days.

Even if the Niners are not great this season the Fins performance today is pretty exceptional. When the mood takes him Fitz is a nightmare to play against.

If Dak plays again this season after that then I will be amazed. That looked horrible.

Unfortunately this seems to be the case and I don't think Brees will be long behind either

Fins are not a bad side I said it when we played them they are not even close to the truly bad sides like the Jets, NFC East, Falcons etc. Also it's either Fitzmagic or Fitztragic.

Definately which is a massive shame Dak has been really productive throwing the ball in spite of the Cowboys defence.

Aye, that last pick he threw on the previous drive was really bad. Seems to have lost the zip on his throw and the decision making is getting a bit off. Saw it with Brady Thursday when he lost count of the downs, he would have been the last QB I would ever expect that to happen with. The declines of both of them and Brees albeit to a lesser extent right now are very real and think their legacies deserve better than being looked at as people who hung on too long.

I think what we have just seen with Dak is exactly why I always support the player if they choose to sit out when placed on the franchise tag. Sure they get the guaranteed money this year but the future is now extremely uncertain. You only have to look at the type of deal Cam had to accept to get a job this year. Just so sad to see.

It's not really that unusual Peyton would be a good recent example that the Broncos D carried him to a superbowl even with his terrible play by his standards I always think you should seperate great players from when they have clearly regressed

I hope the Cowboys do right with Dak I think it is kind of a different scenario with Cam as Cam has not been healthy for a few years while Dak we still and have to wait and see what his injury is.

This is going disturbingly well for the Vikings so far.

See you in two hours for the full breakdown of how it fell apart.

Can someone "take care" of Kirk Cousins please?

Edit: 3 TDs in less than 2 minutes, even by our standards that's ridiculous. I hate this team.

Absolutely peak Vikings tonight. Going for it on 4th and 1 rather than taking 3 for an 8 point lead was an awful call, and then to give up a 4th and 10 and 4th and goal, shambles. Zimmer's seat should be burning hot after this cock up.

I woke up at the end of the game so got to catch the finish. I agreed with the call to go for it on 4th and 1, in reality it was inches but I don't get why teams don't go for the QB sneak which must have a higher conversion rate than a handoff to the running back.

It's been said on here many times before and I'm sure it will get mentioned again but Russell Wilson's deep ball is a thing of beauty. Mike Zimmer will be kicking himself though - the Seahawks converted 3 (?) fourth downs on that final drive.

The Jets have just cut Le'Veon Bell. They truly are the dumbest organisation in all of sports which I guess should make me happy but they always find a way to outdo themselves. Bell is let go and Adam Gase is still there just to let that sink in.

Good news for my fantasy team given Dalvin Cook may miss a week or two though.

First play from scrimmage, calamity Kirk at it again. Worse because I put him in my fantasy team this week, madness.

Edit: And Burrow is balling, great.

We look like a team that has practised once in two weeks. Not holding out much hope here.

Not given up a touchdown and down 15 points. Definitely not one for the memory bank this one.

That looked like the kind of game it would have been torture to sit through win or lose.

Yep and they even threw in a little bit of hope of a comeback win as well to make it even worse.

With them getting beat down again surely even the Jets as inept as they are must know the only correct answer now is to fire Adam Gase right at the end of the game surely? But it is the Jets so could equally be as likely for a contract extension with them.

Looks like we could have the 1st shut out still don't know how Gase is still in employment Also the Nfc East look like to be going after the Seahawks record for worst record to qualify for the playoffs.

Aye that division is utterly abysmal but one of them ultimately gets a home playoff game which is crazy really. My guess is if you get to 7 wins that wins the division and maybe even 6.

It won't be that low - Red Rifle will lead Dallas to a couple of unexpected wins so I'll say they win the division with an 8-8 record.

Watching this Dallas D right now I would not be so sure of that. Their secondary is almost as bad as the Falcons one. I’m sticking with 7 wins winning this awful division and just looking at the remaining schedule don’t be surprised if the Giants end up taking it.

I came on here knowing my (what's looking suspiciously bad) take would get quoted.

The Cowboys are managing to outdo the Texans in non-existent rush defense. 261 yards given up on the ground last night having given up over 300 against the Browns. Yikes!

The Steelers have Dallas in Jerryworld in 3 weeks and should absolutely blow them out of the water but having followed a Mike Tomlin coached team for a long time they'll most definitely play down to their competition.

I’ve been looking at adding Antonio Brown in fantasy football, but hesitated because I’d hate rooting for him. Thankfully someone has already picked him up, ending my quandary.
