I don't want the NFL to relocate one team to L.A, let alone two!

However, it's an inevitability it'll happen thanks to the insatiable greed of the owners. Seriously think Chargers and Rams will go to L.A. then Oakland will pimp the team out to another city because there's no way they're staying in that stadium, San Antonio Raiders anyone?

If the Chargers and Raiders both go to L.A though it'll be very interesting to see how the divisions will re-align. San Francisco apparently can't leave the NFC West, the NFL is desperate to preserve the Seahawks-49ers rivalry (even though it's on the wane now Kaepernick has been exposed and the Cardinals have taken the 49ers place) and I'm sure there are many in the AFC that won't want Seattle back in that Conference. The Cardinals are the current NFC West champions and I believe it'd be detrimental to the division if they left it. But will the Rams budge that easily and go to the AFC on their own accord? I doubt it.

To avoid the can of worms, if two teams go to L.A, the Rams will be one of them barring a taxpayer-funded stadium miracle.

Why would the divisions need re-alignment? The Raiders, Chargers and Rams are already in western divisions, I imagine everything will remain as is. The L.A. teams don't need to be in the same division - the Californian teams are already slplit amongst the NFC and AFC West and the New York teams are also in opposing conferences.

The NFL has stated it can't have two LA teams in the same Conference. So if the Raiders and Chargers both moved re-alignment would be necessary. It'll all be down to the TV networks that decision will due to the separate Conference television deals.

Ah, I get you.

What happens if there are three? :mell:

The Rams are L.A bound, Kronke has too much tied up in the stadium deal in L.A for them not to go, he has no interest in the team staying in St.Louis.
You'd expect the Chargers to be the other team as the city as a whole from the government to the people don't appeared at all bothered about having an NFL team in the city, but who knows the Raiders stadium issues could well mean it's them heading south.
I still think the league as a whole will expand in the very near future adding two more teams into the mix so can see Oakland having a team back even if they did move to L.A or elsewhere.

Has there ever really been much appetite from the people of LA towards having a NFL team back there in any case? I've never seen much evidence of that. By all accounts a lot of people living there like the fact they pretty much have the choice of any game they want in terms of the TV distribution there. Add in the fact with maybe the exception of the Lakers certainly if you look at the Kings or Dodgers the word apathetic above is very apt. They also do have a team there in college football anyway.

Not that the NFL will care if there's public money involved in building a new stadium.

Sam Bradford is awful. I want the Redskins to win this division, but I'd also like to see the NFC East go to the final week because the play-off positions have been pretty much sewn up in both conferences apart from this division and the AFC Wildcard. Not a lot of drama going on. Philly to win this week and get crushed next week pls.

I like Cousins, he's a loveable goof. Would be amazing if they lost by less than a field goal now.

Fair play Philly, missing the play offs in style here. Getting walloped by your local rivals. Dear me.

Philly should never have signed DeMarco. His running style is totally different to what Chip Kelly wants. In retrospect they should never have traded Shady.

As for Kelly you do wonder if he will be there next year whether that's them firing him or Kelly walking. He's really fucked things up certainly as he assumed the GM role as well . Hard to see him returning.

In a perfect world today will be the day we go into Metlife Stadium, whup the Jets and seal the #1 seed so we can give the likes of Jimmy Garoppolo some snaps at Miami next week.

Unfortunately in the real world we are without our two best WR's and both our starting Safety's today. Add in a Jets team playing it's most hated rival knowing defeat pretty much means they can get the golf clubs out and also the fact offensively this is the best they have been in years and it's very difficult to see how we escape with a win today sadly.

Be nice to see what SJax has left in the tank after we picked him up this week. Not exactly expecting much especially behind that O-Line mind.

Should be a formality I'd expect with how depleted they are. Problem is if they lose it only helps their draft position at this point and Ozzie is good enough at the draft without giving him some really high picks.

Anyone could beat the Ravens, I expect Big Ben to drop at least 40 on them. I would love to see the Jets win out and pip the Broncos to the last play-off position. Next week will be pretty much pointless if the Jets lose today. Also sick of the same teams making it to the playoffs, let's mix things up.

I wouldn't mind if the Jets made it to be honest. At least it reflects well on our division I guess. That said would be ever so slightly happier if they win out and still miss the post-season.

Picked up Cousins and Matthews just before the game as I wasn't sure whether to trust a couple of players with questionable next to them, ended up giving me almost 50 points between them, nice unexpected bonus.
