Depends what you mean by 'proper' right back. He's better going forward than defending, unless you just mean a full back in the team whose natural position is actually full back!

That's it, 3 of those we've used at right-back are central defenders, the other Lois Maynard has done the best job, but we really need him in midfield.

I think this should go in the tinpot thread. It doesn't matter at all if the club concerned is Woking or Arsenal, but it's completely the wrong way to go about it imo. Sure, the cup exit was humiliating, but GH needs to instill some confidence back in the squad, and you don't do this by transfer listing or telling players they're not wanted anymore.
