You're right, you know my sister so much better than me. She loves football, can't get enough of it. I've only known her all 31 years of my life, what could I possibly know about her.

As I said, she's been to a number of games this season, I asked why when she doesn't like football and her response, as clear as day, was, "if offered then we are obliged to attend".

But what do I know...

You obviously know nothing .. let me rephrase .. either bonkers or weak-willed.

It strikes me a bit odd too, but I don't think we know Si Robin's sister more than he does. Still, it could be peer pressure like The Jovial Forester says, ie. not compulsory at all but one would feel bad or guilty if he/she doesn't go? A bit like weddings then, as I rarely enjoy going to one but simply have to :conf:

No no Vanni, I don't know my sister.

You're bang on, I've never said she told me it was compulsory, but that she was "obliged" to attend, so it's expected for her to go to the games even though she has no interest in the game but I doubt she's likely to be sacked for not going (I can't see that getting through an employment tribunal in fairness).

I'll leave it there. The FGR fan can choose to believe me or not. That's up to him.

We're all Grimsby now. Surely ? Ffs
Haha cheers for this. I've been a Pennywise fan as long as I've been a Gy fan (15 years, half my life) so this is spot on for today. Prefer the Live@TheKeyClub version though. :P Up the Mariners!!

And in those 15 years I've seen us lose 3 Wembley finals, 1 Millenium Stadium final and 3 semi finals. But we have won the Lincolnshire Cup a fair few times. So swings and roundabouts.

Just for once Town, be the bride.

Come on Grimsby, you've served your time down there. It's time to come back to the football league.

Would be thrilled to have Grimsby back up.

Been down there for 7 years I think - came down the season after we did.

I've no love or interest in forest green
