That Rivera play at home plate for Tampa is astounding.

Nice win for the Redlegs yesterday, much needed as well because the rotation is garbage outside of Cueto and Leake so they need to make the most of it when those two are pitching. The abysmal bullpen nearly fucked it up, Price leaving Gregg out there to pitch to Cutch was baffling - thankfully Frazier came up big. The top of the order actually looks quite nice with Billy, Votto, Frazier, Mes, Bruce - gets verrry shitty after that though with Byrd, Cozart and Mr half-arsed Brandon Phillips.

Fuck me, that bullpen though. How the hell has a team managed to start a season in the majors with their main relievers being Kevin Gregg, J.J Hoover and Jumbo Diaz - and those Chapman trade rumours won't go away any time soon either.

Surely they should bring in a rule of 12 innings and then it is called a draw or something (i know yanks don't like draws) ! Love watching baseball but a limit has got to come in somewhere on how long a game can go on for.

19 innings isn't the norm though, so MLB aren't in a rush to change anything.
