Thought this could be a decent thread idea, what's the best goal you have seen you're team score.

Easy one for me, I apologise for the shite music in advance

Macclesfield Town/Manchester City. It's complicated.
These are the two best goals I've seen live.

Backheels it over the defender's head and scores on the volley...

.

As a goal it's nothing amazing. As an event it was fucking fantastic, particularly as it was one of the last kicks of the match.

Probably mine too. That video doesnt do the team aspect of the goal justice, it started from our own box!

Lukaku's against Chelsea in the Cup last season wasnt a bad runner up.

Best goal I've seen Rovers score at a game I attended was Nathan Blake smashing one in against Derby County from about 20 yards back in 2001. No Youtube vid of it though : (

A single unitary authority for urban Dorset
Darren Anderton once scored a free kick in League One against Scunthorpe around 2006. 35 yards out, it arrowed towards one top corner being tracked by the keeper, before sharply bending into the other top corner, kissing the crossbar as it went in, seemingly defying the laws of physics and leaving the keeper utterly baffled. Absolutely no idea how he did it. Best individual strike I've ever seen live. Apparently it wasn't even his best, he called it his second best ever. The bloke was a genius with a dead ball.

No footage unfortunately, but these reference it.

Probably one of the most memorable, especially because we had a similar angle to the camera and could see where it was going for, seemingly, ages:

Possibly the hardest shot I think I've ever seen, and was directly behind it too. Always looks better when it pings in off the frame of the goal as well - won the game 4-0 too so it was a good night.

Shout out to Brentford for this screamer too.

'Twas a cracker. I must stand practically next to you as I remember being almost directly behind it too.

Donaldson v Gateshead remains the best goal I've seen live - for the combination of ability, occasion, relief, pride and sheer emotion, I've not experienced anything like it.

Next on my list.

We were in the second tier with a perfect (behind goal) view for that one too.

The repeat at D & R was quite good but Ryan Bird's was more fun.

Yep the Bird v Dagenham goal was ridiculous.

Appiah scored some good ones in his time with us too. Off the top of my head, v Hereford, v Macclesfield (I think - last game before end of his first loan spell), v Oxford, v Wimbledon. He was a class act.

I'm just out of picture, top left, couple of steps down from the back (near where Seamus used to stand).

In all my years, I'd never noticed the cloakroom at the back of the Habbin before,

I'm in that photo - spotted it yesterday on CN. Far left, half way down in my home shirt.

I never noticed they'd put advertising at the back of the Habbin until this photo. Bloody capitalism.....
