Stolen from L1.

Best Opposition Team? Southend, although Stanley at ours were tidy too.
Worst Opposition Team ? Bury away - comical defending.
Best Opposition Player? Craig Woodman, Exeter City. Quality left back. Clucas a close second.
Worst Opposition Player? Matt Rhead by a country mile.
Best Opposition Fans? Carl Zeiss Jena pre-season were superb. Regular season Portsmouth.
Worst Opposition Fans? Stevenage.
Best Opposition Ground? Portsmouth.
Worst Oppositon Ground? None
Best Opposition Goal? Cummins, Exeter at home

And any others you see fit.

Go go go!

Best Opposition Team?
Shrewsbury were the best I saw at Fratton, bossed us in every part of the pitch.
Worst Opposition Team?
Carlisle. Although Morecambe and Cheltenham were woeful aswell, even if we did concede 2 to Cheltenham.
Best Opposition Player?
Woods and Guttridge stood out for me.
Worst Opposition Player?
Matt Rhead, if I was a Mansfield fan I'd be fuming your ticket money goes towards lining his pockets. He was more interested in winding up our players but when he did have the ball he did nothing with it.
Best Opposition Fans?
Luton, sold out and made noise. Although why they got off the train a stop early and went to drink in a Toby Carvery a few miles from the ground is concerning. And when I say went to drink I of course mean smash the pub up.
Worst Opposition Fans?
Luton for having pre drinks at a Toby Carvery, naa probably Morecambe or someone like that.
Best Opposition Ground?
Only went to home games.
Worst Oppositon Ground?
Mansfield.
Best Opposition Goal?
Bobby Grant scored 2 long range strikes against us.

Best Opposition Team?
Shrewsbury by a mile
Worst Opposition Team?
Tranmere were awful at our place, Hartlepool weren't much better
Best Opposition Player?

Jed Wallace, too good for this league
Worst Opposition Player?

Richie Sutton at Mansfield always stands out, how he is a pro i'll never know, But we've had Femi Illesanmi and Marvin McCoy playing for us this season so I'll keep quiet on that for now.
Best Opposition Fans?

Struggle to pick any out as the noise doesn't travel well from our away end, Hartlepool gave it a good go I suppose
Worst Opposition Fans?
Tranmere, came in numbers, never made a peep
Best Opposition Ground?

Plymouth or Pompey
Worst Oppositon Ground?

Has to be Morecambe, worked in the town for a month theres nothing there at all
Best Opposition Goal?

Tom Pett for Stevenage at our place

Best Opposition Team?
Shrewsbury were very good at our place, unlucky to only get a draw after having 10 men for most of the game.
Worst Opposition Team?
Hartlepool were dire when we beat them 5-1 in September. Amazing job Moore has done there!
Best Opposition Player?
One of the standout performences against us I think was from Tom Elliot at Sixfields. Gave Cresswell a torried time which is no mean feat.
Worst Opposition Player?
Mal Benning was pretty terrible for York.
Best Opposition Fans?
Struggle to pick any out as the noise doesn't travel well from our away end, Hartlepool gave it a good go I suppose
Worst Opposition Fans?
Cheltenham fans, relegation scrap and the best you can muster is a few hundred for a 70 mile trip, then remained silent the whole game
Best Opposition Ground?
Pompey, got bossed there early season, was sure I was watching the champions.
Worst Oppositon Ground?
Going with Mansfield based on the 'pitch'. Looked like a herd of cows had gone over it pre game.
Best Opposition Goal?
Macdonald for Burton. What a free kick!!

Best Opposition Team?
Bury, only team who were excellent against us both times we played them.
Worst Opposition Team?
Played Mansfield 4 times and they didn't play well in any of them. Worst individual team performances were Carlisle and Newport at the Abbey.
Best Opposition Player?
Matt Tubbs, both times.
Worst Opposition Player?
Mansfield's keeper in the league game at the Abbey, and probably one of the Newport defenders, although they were all crap that day.
Best Opposition Fans?
Few and far between, probably what I've been most disappointed about coming back into League 2. Hartlepool when they beat us at their place were probably the only time it felt like we were being drowned out.
Worst Opposition Fans?
The obvious answer is to pick someone like Accrington, but with historically small numbers I'm willing to give them a pass. Probably Plymouth on the opening day as far as a numbers/noise ratio goes, barely anyone standing either. As above though I think Harlepool away and Burton home on the last day were the only genuinely impressive ones.
Best Opposition Ground?
Southend.
Worst Oppositon Ground?
3/4 of Plymouth, dull and far too many empty spaces, felt like we were in a different county to the home fans. Honourable mentions for Oxford and Mansfield as well, but done them plenty of times before so that wasn't a surprise.
Best Opposition Goal?
Burton's 2nd on the last day of the season.

Except for the stewards I don't see the problem with Field Mill for away games, good view, few minutes from plenty of decent boozers and the train station.

I'm not going to defend the squad though, except for a few players one of them being Richie Sutton who been solid generally although I am glad he's gone now.

Best Opposition Team?
Exeter - wasn't impressed by too many teams this year, partly because I think we drew teams into a game we wanted to play quite often which led to quite poor entertainment pretty often. I think the second half Exeter played against us was the best I've seen this year, passed the ball very well.
Worst opposition Mansfield - I think there manger had just left and Murray just come in, it looked liked he was trying to get a bunch of rugby players to play nice passing football and to be blunt they couldn't.
Best Opposition Player? Alfie Mawson - looked a decent centre half but was really impressed with how comfortable he was with possession of the ball, not a typical centre half clogged type
Worst Opposition Player? Whoever the left back was for Mansfield. To be abused as badly as he was by Shaun Whalley of all people was embarrassing.
Best Opposition Fans? Hartlepool were really great, kept singing despite their team playing really poorly.
Worst Opposition Fans? I'll back Kenny up (shudders) and say I too heard racist chanting this season from some away fans. I'm pretty sure one set was Southend as i distinctly remember hearing a chant from them and going on there message board where it was universally being condemned which was good to see. It was mainly early in the season, dont recall hearing any after Christmans
Best Opposition Ground? I didn't get to too many away games but Portsmouth was good, my closest game of the season and a decent atmosphere too.
Worst Oppositon Ground? I Really don't like Wycombes ground it's in a weird location and a nightmare to get out of. Plus I got absolutely drenched getting out of there!
Best Opposition Goal? Masons for Wycombe was great and sticks out in the mind.

Also too add my own worst refereeing decision - linesman giving offside from a throw in at Poetsmouth. Yes they get judgment calls wrong, that's excusable, no knowing the rules however isn't.

Yeah Wycombe is a nightmare to drive to, unless you get there really early and park miles away (which was a shit option on the day as it was absolutely tipping it down). On the other hand, they do have that excellent beer tent put on for away fans which is nice. Would have been nicer if it wasn't -1 degrees all day mind you...

Here we go:

Best Opposition Team?

Best I saw at Rodney was Bury probably. Honourable mention to Luton at Kenilworth Rd (both in the League and FA Cup).
Worst Opposition Team?
Either York or Stevenage, having caught both sides home and away I think York just shade it.
Best Opposition Player?
Cowan-Hall impressed me for Wycombe on the opening day. Also D'ath for Northampton.
Worst Opposition Player?
The one that stuck out for me was Lindon Meikle for York, who, excitingly, we now appear to be linked with.
Best Opposition Fans?
Going to give this to Bury too, they made a good noise at ours I thought. Away from home, Southend.
Worst Opposition Fans?
The only one I'm struggling with. Maybe Cheltenham.
Best Opposition Ground?
I enjoyed Burton.
Worst Opposition Ground?
I didn't enjoy Stevenage.
Best Opposition Goal?
Roofe for Oxford on the last day.

Fair comment. After this game we then reverted back to hoof when he realised the current crop of players just weren't good enough.

Best Opposition Team? Shrewsbury were a standout earlier in the season, but since then, no team has really impressed me that much. League this season was very even, a fag paper between a lot of teams.

Best Opposition Team?
Meh. Not been impressed by anyone this season really. I'd say Bury, they looked really good in the game at the start of the season down here (despite looking bang average the 3 games after in league/cup). Poor league in quality terms.

Best Opposition Team?
Exeter -

Consistent you Luton fans aren't you? Or not easily impressed, one or the other.

To be fair like I was trying to say that we made teams come down to our level with our dull style of football! I guess that's a double edged thing in that we were good enough to be able to do that but a lot of our games where quite boring hoof fests as a result hence why no one really stood out.

Best Opposition Team? Exeter. Missed the Southend game when they were very good at PP, but didn't impress at Roots Hall
Worst Opposition Team? Newport/Mansfield
Best Opposition Player? Ryan Woods and Tom Soares
Worst Opposition Player? McClure of Wycombe, only lasted a minute before getting sent off.
Best Opposition Fans? For the numbers they brought both Exeter and Wycombe made a fair bit of noise.
Worst Opposition Fans? Numerically Stevenage. Morecambe brought one or two idiots, who didn't mix well with our home-grown variety.
Best Opposition Ground? Liked Morecambe and setting aside the municipal-tip area of abandoned furniture, Kenilworth Road wasn't bad inside.
Worst Oppositon Ground? None visited were that bad.
Best Opposition Goal? None really stand out as being awesome in the league games, rather than down to our crap defending. Gomis getting the 6th for Swansea in the Cup was quality.

I think people are lumping Field Mill into the wrong section cos of the team that plays there! IF Mansfield play as they did last season they will go down, everyone is wise to them now I think.

Best Opposition Team?
As I've said elsewhere, pretty much the entire division have been absolute shite. Only Shrewsbury and Bury looked any good, I'd say Shrews just about shade it.
Worst Opposition Team?
Loads of utter garbage as above. Probably Hartlepool for me, just for the way they completely fell to pieces after going 1-0 up at their place, and losing 1-3. To York.
Best Opposition Player?
Not many stood out, but I'd go for Jamie Cureton who was easily the best player on the pitch and scored both goals when Daggers played at Bootham Crescent.
Worst Opposition Player?
No-one really stood out as being particularly awful. Accrington's goalkeeper was amusing, as he threw a hissy fit when the ball was slow to return from our fans behind the goal, then got hit in the back of the head as it was returned at speed.
Best Opposition Fans?
Hartlepool, they sent over 2,000 to us and no-one else has come close to that.
Worst Opposition Fans?
Some particularly poor showings from the usual suspects, but I'd probably go for Cheltenham. Very sparse and almost silent in a crucial relegation six-pointer.
Best Opposition Ground?
Carlisle. An enjoyable day out at a proper old ground, and we won 0-3 and looked like world beaters.
Worst Oppositon Ground?
Accrington. I thought I'd got lost and ended up at Tadcaster Albion by mistake.
Best Opposition Goal?
Not too many really stand out, but Morecambe's goal against us at Bootham Crescent came from a slick passing move and the ball was in the net before our defence had woken up. A great team goal, and I haven't seen too many of those in League 2.

Poor old Lindon, he gets a load of stick on here. If he could add some end product and decision making to his game he'd be a very good League 2 player. I really like his attitude and pace, but he's probably conference standard right now.

Best Opposition Team? Plymouth and Bury were good at our place but it was in our "pre Christmas" shite period
Worst Opposition Team? Hartlepool and Luton were the worst 2 teams at Sixfields this season
Best Opposition Player? Blonde lad in midfield for Carlisle was good and Plymouths on loan left back
Worst Opposition Player? Accrington's keeper in our 5-1 away win was very poor
Best Opposition Fans? Oxford were noisy but we did give them plenty to cheer at !
Worst Opposition Fans? Cheltenham, vital game, local but never heard them at all.
Best Opposition Ground? Dagenham because we always win there
Worst Oppositon Ground? Very poor view at Wimbledon, I'm 6 foot tall but still couldn't see that much
Best Opposition Goal? McDonald for Burton, unstoppable free kick.
