That's it! I'm resigning from the Rabas with immediate effect. Can't keep up with all these emails coming in from disgruntled members wanting their subscription money back.

Feel free to take over gentlemen. I'm jumping on the Jabo bandwagon instead.

What a poor player. Missed a 1-1 first half, dived in the second half, then hit a weak penalty too close to our keeper. Mansfield obviously had the right idea.

Rakish has just evened up an injustice .... We get awarded a penalty , very harsh on Exeter... any one else would have shamefully tucked it away , not Rakish , not only did he purposely miss it , he tipped the keeper the wink to make the guys day ! Brings a tear to the old eye knowing there are true gentleman playing this game we call football !
You have restored my faith in the great man. I feared the worst when i heard he'd missed a penalty. Now I feel so foolish, just call me Thomas the Apostle.

He had glimpses of potential but nothing more, He would of only been good enough to come off the bench in games. Hartlepool are a poor side if he's first choice every week. Green could of hat a handful today, we 100% have a better striker now haha

your brand of honesty and realism has no place in this thread

If we'd signed Rakish he'd have scored 200 by now.

The (much better) player we signed instead of bingham scored again and was instrumental in Mansfield battering creepy 4-0.

Obviously he's not quite green but I hope he and the plummeting hartlepool can find their way again

At half time yesterday I had a day dream that we signed Bingham to pair him up alongside Ibehre.

Can you imagine?

Did anybody see the INCREDIBLE save from Bingham's penalty yesterday? I mean sure, Rakish wasn't trying or anything like that (not even sure he had his eyes open) but the goalkeeper has made the save of his life.

I deliberately didn't look. I don't want to spoil my perspective on future/past great saves. Banks V Pele etc.

As said , Rakish let the keeper have his moment , Banks' save was up there with some of my 5 a side blocks though .

He probably doesn't earn a fraction of what Green earns to be fair to him. You bought Green a house as a signing-on bonus.

He managed all that whilst nursing a hamstring?

What a hero!!

A quote from our local paper today about Saturdays match:

"At the other end there was, of course, Tilson's challenge on Featherstone and a chance for Rakish Bingham. However, the striker, who would fail to convert a second half penalty, showed his lack of quality in front of goal as he dragged the effort wide from 8 yards out"

Ooooh, burn...

And how many international caps did that journalist win?

Remind me to make him my go-to-bloke when I want to know anything about football now he's risen to the heights of the Exeter Bugle.

To be fair anything that has been written in the "excess & error" is probably pure bollocks... They just make shit up half the time.

A few murmurings have started ....his super hero capabilities have come in handy around the town and we're grateful he fended off that meteor shower , but a goal here and there would be nice

If he could just keep up this clark Kent like modesty until past a week Tuesday, that'd be grand .

I sometimes think Hartlepool United Football Club only exists to ruin Bristol Rovers fans happiness ....We always seem to mess something or other up for you

It's 1 year to the day since I had the pleasure of witnessing Rakish Bingham live. He absolutely destroyed my team in the process, but it was one of those had to be there days. To be in the presence of greatness.

Thought you were going to say it's a year today that he last scored.
