What on Earth was Luke Joyce thinking? I get that players make mistakes but how many of those ones has he made for us in his time since joining Carlisle?

We never got out the blocks in the second half and we played with very little or no tempo for the second game in a row, so it's going to take a lot of determination and character now if we're going to achieve what we want to achieve.

First half was fairly even and entertaining, second was still entertaining but not really even. The key incident was when the first team the ref put in his scorebook was Argo. After that your heads went down, chasing a game is not forte.

We were without our main centre back Michael Raynes and he's probably our strongest character so it's no suprise that our heads drop so quick.

Just watched the usual 2 minute highlights on YouTube, absolute shocker from Joyce. Same applies for Brisley giving away the penalty, there's just no need. That's part of the reason we've gone to shit, stupid individual errors.

The club uploaded the extended highlights for a 'more balanced view', and that was even worse. Bar that Bailey effort from the edge of the box, we didn't create any clear chances and the keeper wasn't worked. Can't tell from the angle whether Lambe's header should or shouldn't have stood, but the Jabo one was a clear foul.

The lack of goals is a worry too, 0 in 3 now. We used to score goals for fun with a number of players chipping in. When you look at our squad, who is going to score the goals? Proctor, Lambe and Grainger at a push. Our only other striker who I'd fancy to grab a few goals is injured for 4 weeks, and our top scorer is out for that as a minimum.

Maybe a bit too early to judge but I can't see what Bailey brings to the squad. A new Gary Dicker.
