Just wondering why all Notts fans are worrying about who we have / haven’t signed again?

Have they won a game or something, getting all excited again?

you should know by now we’re far more comfortable when we’re losing and calling for a manager’s head. When we win we have to look externally for talking points like how many 36 year olds Chesterfield will sign in January to freshen up the squad.

Sounds awfully familiar to how excitable Chesterfield fans got when they eventually overtook us in the league table recently.

We've never won at Stadium MK and won 2 in 12 versus the new Dons so understandable right?

I guess that's football for you.
Can’t remember any of us on here giving a single fuck we were above you (and still are) for what it’s worth

Enjoy your 3 points tonight buddy, we all know what this league is like, things can change quickly can’t they

It takes a lot for me to get excited these days, funnily enough overtaking Notts County in the League Two table isn't one of them.

Thought we deserved the three points. Red at the end was ridiculously soft on the first viewing. Can't wait to see Cook's goal on the highlights.

Objectively better than Harrogate but if they had scored there big chance first half we would probably have folded ,should have gone onto win 3 or 4 after that but still managed to make it nervy with a cracking free-kick from the Harrogate lad .

5th or 6th big game against a top end team Sunday Vs Vale , surely we have to turn it round to some degree against the big one's at home ?

Stiffed out of 3 points by poor ref again. Anyway decent enough set of results.

Never saw that coming, couldn’t believe how gash Vale were and reading Chesterfield’s injury crisis could well be looking at two in two from what looked like previously as two of our hardest games.
Why? We all told you pre game, we’ve been poor for two months since Garrity got injured and DM went into uber negativity. Only we could purchase 60 goals from last season, not play two of them, and when we do play them as number 10’s or out wide.

Some Vale fans are calling for Moore to go tonight and whilst too early for that my patience is wearing thin, playing with the hand brake on and blowing the biggest spending we’ve had this side of the Millennium with it is starting to feel like a wasted opportunity. This league is dreadful and with the budget and tools given he has no excuse not to get promoted.

Walsall quietly looking like running away with it. How much would a Nathan Lowe recall hurt their chances?

A lot. He looked a class act against us, definitely playing at a lower level than his ability.
I thought the same earlier in the season. Big lad, strong, powerful runner but a good touch and poachers instinct. Stood out a country a mile.

It was a stunning strike. Great vision and technique from him to do it as Ripley was a little off his line which allowed it to come off. Don’t blame him for that tbh as they’re once a season type hits so probably wasn’t expecting it. Second goal was annoying to concede as Debrah allowed himself to get manhandled by Cook, needs to be stronger.

Notts fans on this forum are weird as fuck mate, with the one you're quoting there being the obvious stand out but a couple of other freaks about too

For a person who claims to have at least one on ignore and can't see their comments :pond: he sure does post a lot about that person and Notts. It all got a bit much for him bless l.

Would love to hear who the couple of other freaks (Notts fans) are? I couldn't even hazard a guess but whoever it is they should take it as a compliment from that source.

Moore fuming about the second one in his interview and I was at the time too, weak as from Jesse there and should of been a relatively easy one to defend.

Looks like Illness hit us as well today and Croasdale doesn’t look good so literally no midfield now for Sunday. Ridiculous that all four can be crocked at the same time but this is how it seems to go for us each season in one area.

Pretty even first half but the second showed the difference, Walsall looked dangerous and were clinical and we looked like we didn’t have a clue
Fair assessment mate even first half then we stepped up a gear in the second thought you were one of the better teams I've seen though and should be there or thereabouts at the end of the season

I’ve only vaguely flicked through a few bits online but that inept linesman seemed to have flagged Cook for the second but obvs nothing happened, not seen much comment on it.

Seen someone say he’d stuck his flag up but it was just good strong play from Cook and Debrah if he is to make it at this level needs to toughen up more as otherwise his future will be getting fucked off back to Halifax end of the year.

Wonder hit. Decent strike for Vale's goal. No footage of Walker's worldie save from Stockley. Red card will get overturned. Don't like to use the word cheating but...

Another win for Bromley. Andy Woodman just knows what he's doing.

Thought that was a fairly comfortable win in again, shocking conditions. Nothing between the two teams first half but second we just looked in total control. Donny looked good the few times they got the ball down and moved it quick - but were more interested in lumping it long, which Harry Williams and Dave Okagbue just ate up.

Obviously would hurt. But I wouldn't say we are a one man team. One of the best defences in the league, a superb midfield and we create loads of chances.

Lowe is incredible but we are more than the sum of our parts and I have faith we would replace him adequately.

Not seen our disallowed goal back so don't know if it should've been given. Anyway Swindon deserved a point at least. A bit odd having a female ref today but I guess there is no reason why not. I thought she was poor second half but no worse than a lot of the other lower league refs.

One player I'm a big fan of is Connor Barrett. Watched him a fair bit for Fylde in the NL and he was obviously way above that level.

Wondergoal Adjudication Panel have regrettably denied this status as a ‘wonder hit’ on the basis the keeper got a full hand on it and should have saved it, upon review it has been downgraded to ‘well struck’
