Have to echo what has already been said about our game, we was worthy winners and should've had at least 4 in the end, second half Keeley had nothing to do and Crawley totally lost their heads after we scored the second - despite causing us problems with some neat forward play in the first half, I thought they lacked leadership and a calming influence when things went against them.

There was a bit of an altercation at the end between Camara and one of their fans.

We are playing well, but need to hope Kelman and Agyei can stay fit until the window opens next week as we're still very, very short in that area.

Not a great watch here. Two pretty poor sides but both have had chances

Cheekily 3-0 up at peterborough after half an hour, will take that, good lord they’re defensively hopeless.

Typical can’t make it!

ouch. Mansfield are a decent side, but is that Fergie sacked for the next 18 months before being reappointed in 2026?

we're 2-0 up to St Evenage at HT, they have done typical Stevenage things, physical and hard to play against, but Kone has made the difference here.

Nonetheless, they've proved that if we switch off, they can break decently, and can actually pass it when they choose to, so no complacency here please.

Yeah i think we’ve realised we’re a capable league 1 side this year which is above what we’d really have been aiming for ajd probably expecting, but Peterborough are a good side and id expect them to come at us

Six consecutive clean sheets. Impressive stuff.

Think we’ve handled the 2nd half well, we’ve picked up 4 bookings when they’ve had pace in the 2nd half which isn’t ideal but we’ve kept the ball out again which is 3 clean sheets in a row.

Brilliant result.

We are just so inconsistent. First half against Huddersfield we looked impressive, on Saturday at home to Reading we were equally as good. Today we just haven't done enough.

Shrewsbury started much the better scoring a well worked goal. Since then it's been Shrewsbury sitting deep and allowing us to have all the ball. We just don't know how to break a team down. Considering how many goals they have conceded, we haven't been good enough and really haven't tested them at all.

Clear handball from Duffy, unsure why he wasn't red carded? Marquis misses the penalty and leaves things a little nervous for Shrewsbury.

Overall very frustrating, we played into Shrewsburys hands. They just needed to get in front and saw it out far too easily from our perspective.

Our first non-penalty since our last non-penalty. Ref looked like he buckled on that one, crowd behind the goal won it.

Absolutely dominated the second half so deserved to win in any case.

Can't believe we've lost that tbh, deserved at least a point. In the end, with the 3rd goal a draw was probably fair, but we've gifted that game to Exeter really.

Numerous chances thrown away, 2 goals ruled out for offside and an absolute stone wall penalty denied. (referee should be fired for that, honestly).

Ah well, probably the most optimistic I've felt in weeks though at the same time. Need to get rid of players like Martin & Sinlair - absolute wasters and ruin our game

Theres 6 sides in this League who are not up to standard, and only 4 of them will leave. But unfortunately for me, we're one of them.

Not that its surprising, I dont think 7k fans is enough to support League One as it gets financially more and more expensive to compete, and thats as much as its possible for us to get with capacity. Impossible job.

A win is a win. Poor performance from us against a poor Cambridge side who’s keeper bailed us out

Never a penalty that I could see, still will take it all day long. A better performance and I thought we just about deserved the win. Great goal from Mullin too- that's what we've been missing from him this season.

There was plenty there for us aganst Huddersfield, they were poorer than I expected but we lack a bit of quality and belief away from home and we didn't create enough. Neither did they mind, a lucky deflection in the first minute was the best they offered. Played everyone but Rotherham and the two best teams I've seen are top two- Birmingham and Wycombe. It's rare it works out like that but it has in this opening half of the season.

I don’t think the attendances have that much on it, 7,000 wycombe average the 4th lowest for instance.

I do appreciate there’s always going to be whopping clubs in this league to a northampton, lincoln, and us (you and lincoln were kind of my examples on how we could survive up here)

You do yo yo quite a bit though!

I see Stansfield got his penalty early doors today. Not going to feel too guilty about ours.

You dominated large spells today and even though you didn’t create much deserved something from the game, not that we have been amazing this season or today but you weren’t playing our best 11 today, we desperately need players back from injury for this run of games.
Loudest away support for many a season.

Big deflection off Bate to give Huddersfield the lead in the first minute and they spend the next 89 holding on. Unfortunately we offered nothing up front, even if we had an outright goalscorer I'm not sure he'd get the opportunities due to our desire to take one too many touches.

Come off it Gassy.
We should have been two or three up at half time, numerous chances missed or cleared. A clear foul on Alli not given because he didn't dive and then your keeper handles outside the area with nothing given.
Rovers did have a purple patch start of the second half but in the end our subs were quality (how good is Jake Richards) whereas yours were poor (Sinclair stealing a wage) and it was an easy and well deserved win.
I bet Alli enjoyed the w*nker chants you gave him in the end...

Nearly all our home games the opposition control possession but very rarely create anything , same again today. We are very solid and just don’t give teams much of a sniff . Good crowd today and the best team won because quite simply you couldn’t get near aour goal bar the one chance for your lot which was a blatant hand ball near the half way line.
Many teams have done similar loads of possession going nowhere not particularly dangerous, although I must admit your number 4 bates is it looked good. ( Barry didn’t even notice him) .

2 or 3 up? Do you expect every shot on target to be a goal then? Christ by your own logic the stats show same shots/shots on target ffs. You were the better team first half but if you actually think you should have been 2 or 3 up then I'd suggest laying of the cranberry sauce next year ;)

The best argument you have against the ref was that maybe (unlikely) there was a handball outside the box in a non-shooting position that would in the worst case get a yellow card? Compare that to a sliding tackle from behind that doesn't get the man..

Can't argue with the subs comment, our were absolutely woeful and it was then the same team that was so poor against Wrexham. Our "purple patch" was a little more than the 2nd half, it was pretty much until the 80th, but hey if an entire half is considered a purple patch, then fair enough - if that what you call a well deserved win then I'll expect to see you right down there with us in May

Proper men against boys today, 3-0 flattered Peterborough we absolutely battered them particularly in the first half.

Some teams do seem a little bit more blessed in the penalty decisions , I wonder why ? Think it’s natural to wonder if the authorities may prefer certain clubs get promotion . I’ve seen some shockers so far the question marks are deffo beginning to be asked.

I’ve had enough of watching Rossi fuck up after fuck up and keep playing, he’s so out of his depth but that clueless monk Keeps picking him! It’s hard to believe that I’m moaning more about him than Ryan bloody loft, the pair of them are utter shite.

Reyes doesn’t cover himself in glory either today, just crap for the first goal and not much better for the 2nd although for me it’s a foul on him.

We just can’t help but gift goals and unless something changes sharpish we’re going down.

UIE.

Fair assessment. Allowing us to get ahead played right into the gameplan to sit back and defend.

I know there's the double jeopardy rule for tackles for penalties and red cards, but the defender punched it off Rossiter's head who would have had a free header a few years out. Terrible penalty mind.

Another 6 pointer Sunday against Northampton, win that could only be 3 points off 20th (somehow). January looks an awful month fixtures wise, so need to pick up another win.

Oh dear.
Anyone but Niskanen would have scored from that header. We hit the post. One was off the line. Even ignoring the penalty for the tug that's 2 or 3.
Considering we had none of our first choice defenders playing i thought they dealt with you lot fairly well, certainly see why you're down there and we aren't.

The fact even Darren Ferguson came out and said it was men against boys and we won at a absolute canter tells you how one sided that was today.

I still expected him to come out with a load of drivel to be honest, although he never mentioned how well we played, just how bad they were obvs.

The penalty we got today was extremely soft. Id be raging if I were a Blackpool fan.

That said it's the first penalty we've received this season, despite our reputation for being constantly given penalties a few seasons back.

If it’s your first then fair plays , my observations don’t apply so far this year. I apologise.
