I wouldn't worry about the pitch. It's only bad now after we had snow covers on etc. Will be looking good again by March.

We play you on 28-Mar so I hope it's better by then.

Don't know why everyone's moaning about the pitch, it isn't unplayable and nothing can be done about it, just get on with it. If you start moaning about it you sound desperate i.e. Parky himself when we could only draw with Colchester the other Saturday.

The League Cup tie will give us some hope if we do have to face you guys in the Play-offs.

The League Cup game was pretty even other than Afobe scoring twice who obviously isn't your player anymore.

The lad from Rotherham looked anonymous and Ali seemed more concerned with chucking himself on the floor, other than scoring his gift.

I would fancy our chances against anyone in the play-offs, we have taken points off most of the teams above us. If we get in it will likely be 6th place and a game against MK or Preston who we've done alright against recently.The only side I would be worried about is Oldham as we never beat them.

To be honest, despite how the pitch looked it generally played ok apart from the goal mouths. It was much worse against rochdale. What's funny is at the start of the season we were getting praise about how good the pitch looked but told our team was crap. Now it's the reverse, bizarre. No pitch can survive the hammering of water and so it got in January but it's coming back now it's drying up. We can't afford to do a Wembley and just relay the pitch for every game.

The ball was bobbling up to knee height. I've played on better pitches on parks in December.
