Really looking forward to today. I know a fair few City fans who have been boycotting us for a while, having not being prepared to put up with the boring football served up by Bowyer, coming back to the fold today.

We might not win every game under our returning Messiah, but McCall will certainly bring back attacking football. As he said yesterday, he would rather entertain us and win 5-4, than 1-0 wins, which seemed to be the goal of Bowyer.

I think it will be a 2-2 draw today though, in front of a crowd of about 17,500. Should be a great atmosphere welcoming home Stuart McCall and the impressive support from Grimsby

Game lacking quality, wind spoiling it.

Bradford had more of the ball and more in our half, plenty of corners but don't think they've had a real chance other than long range shots well off target. Not much happening for us we seem to have resorted to long ball for some reason, which the wind is certainly not helping.

The 17,000 Bradford fans sounding more artisan than partisan.

Second half much more entertaining, end to end stuff but both sides still lacking that final bit of quality in the box.

Bradford finally got some luck with one of their long range shots, took a deflection of Novak who was either offside or it came of his arm. Unlucky goal for us to concede.

But after that there was only one side looking for a goal and the ever excellent Vermam swung in a great cross for the equaliser.

Should have even won it at the death with two clearances of the line keeping it 1-1. Good second half but both sides need that final bit of quality to finish the chances.

Lack of quality in final third from both. Glennon and Vernam excellent for us but, having got ahead, pretty stupid final 10 from Bradford. Easy to work out that if we were going to create anything it would come from those 2 down the left.
We are progress, much better to watch, but still a lot for Ollie to do...

Disappointing to concede so late on, but a decent game overall. Nothing much else to add, really.

What's this about racist chanting from the Grimsby fans? And singing Tommy Robinson to Asian families?

Tommy Robinson chants outside a mosque I read, must have been Twitter somewhere.
Disappointing but not surprising to concede so late on, that’s at least four times at home this season we’ve done so and twice in two games.
Quality was lacking big time but effort was great from both sides, Grimsby looked alright at times and never played for time which so many have done this season. Good following too.
Loads for McCall to sort out, wanted extra sessions yesterday but training pitch is literally underwater. Stevenage on Tuesday so a quick turnaround to get this one out of the system.

Not just Grimsby fans too. A friend of mine who went said that there was a group of Bradford Fans outside a nearby pub chanting something about "Get rid of P**i's and give us our country back"
