Only one I can think is that Reading game under Millen when we were 2 up with 10 mins to go and lost 3-2.

Haha, classic, that was. Should have been 5-0 up, but everyone knew as soon as Reading scored.

At least back then we had Pitman, Maynard, Albert and Stead to score goals. Now it's the one-man Kodjia show, alongside Grandad Wilbraham (sorry Wilbs), who will end up in a wheelchair if SC continues to play him 90 minutes every game.

You say that, but I'd say as a team this lot are notably better than that side. Makes it all the more frustrating.

I agree. We're far better than back then - certainly compared to the horrific 12/13 squad.

Just require 3-4 signings to reinforce what we have (but they need to be key signings, which we're probably too late for now) and players like Freeman/Bryan to rekindle past form, things could be so much better.
