After a remarkable effort from the lads last night, it’s back to business Saturday which promises to be a tough game. Norwich are a very good side! Some talented individual players.

Can see a draw here, but it’ll be nice to have a clean sheet as we’ve shipped a few lately. Wouldn’t make too many changes from last night, maybe give Pack a rest and start Walsh perhaps. Looked tidy when he came on!

1-1 Paterson 38’ Pritchard 75’

Attendance: 21,558

The cup's been ridiculously fun but back to it now for a couple of weeks, this is a big game. We've just had four straight defeats but it doesn't feel like we're going through a bad run at all, Villa's the only game I've been disappointed with from the lot.

Fielding
Wright Flint Baker Bryan
Pack
Brownhill Walsh Smith Pato
Reid
City 2-0 Norwich (Tettey OG 12', Pack 67')

Pritchard moving to Huddersfield, that's a big help, also a rumour of Wolves bidding for Maddison.

The only concerning game for me during those 4 defeats was Wolves. We really threw that one away.

Perform like we did on Tuesday night and we should win. Anything less and Norwich are more than capable of hurting us.

Need to get back to winning ways here. Doubt there's ever been a side higher in confidence following 4 straight defeats, though!

I'd also be tempted to start Walsh, liking the look of that team JJ.

3-1 City (Reid, Brownhill, Flint; Oliviera)

Will be interesting to see the line up today, a couple of good additions.

Fielding
Wright Flint Baker Bryan
Smith
Pato Brownhill Walsh Kent
Reid

I’d like to see this. Think Pack is due a rest!

5 games on the bounce with a very high chance of it being 7 games too. Don't worry we've won 1 in 10 and are still 6th

Arse. We had enough chances to win that but didn't take them. Game was crying out for Diedhiou and/or Djuric. Definitely on a bad run now but I'm sure LJ will guide us through the storm.

Subs lost us that. Walsh was class before he got subbed.. Kent looked confused as fuck clearly didn’t know the system.

We'll be alright, I've told you for months this run has been coming. Hopefully we'll peak at the right time with the quality players we have coming back.

Agree about the bigger forward Luke. We were very flat today TBH. Take nothing away from Maddison, a fine goal but we really didn't get to top gear at all today IMHO, not even close.
I suppose after Tuesday we could have expected it but that was very disappointing. Firing high balls at Bobby Reid is a total waste of time. We need Fammy back ASAP or go shopping for someone who can hold the ball up.
Walsh looked ok on his full debut but Kent is woefully short of match practice plus doesn't really know how we play yet and I think it showed.
Well done Norwich, a draw would have probably been fair but I thought we were very flat. That's not your fault and you took advantage.

Where?! The only chance we had in the entire game was right at the end with Brownhill. Every other shot we had were speculative long shots.

Did anyone see the group of young Norwich fans looking for trouble with families and banging on cars shouting 'come on then'? I gather they reached the rising sun and found what they were looking for and then some. Serves them right to be honest. I thought all this crap had gone away? I expect they thought they would do some sideways dancing with their arms out and claim a result when they got home, they got a damn sight more than that! Silly boys.

I've read about it, got a good kicking apparently. Same as always down there, if you're sensible then you won't find trouble, go looking for it and you will.

I saw them shouting and bawling by the park. I did think stone island juniors wouldn't get far.
As you say, show some common sense at any away ground and you don't get trouble, these idiots did the complete opposite. Silly boys.

What've Leeds actually got to "bottle" other than after the first five games when your fans got carried away and thought you'd run away with it?
