Maybe not a losing run but he certainly likes a lengthy shit run, it was something like 3 wins in 25 games at some point last season wasn't it?

Seem to remember him having poor sustained runs at Oldham and Barnsley too.

It's weird, you lot seemed to absolutely hate him last season.

The others might have, I didn't.

Our poor run this season has had a lot of context.
Against Watford it was mostly an u23 side, with 2-3 senior players taking on an almost full strength Premier League side.
Against Man City we played against one of the best teams around, they rotated their defenders, but had a near full strength attack in the game.

Despite this run only 2 teams have lost less games than us in the league.
If we lose to Derby and QPR, then it becomes a bit concerning.

Put yourself in our shoes, if it had been Forest or Villa, he would have been gone after the fourth defeat on the trot. Think it might have been 9 with us? He may have redeemed himself but it was extremely difficult at times last season to bother turning up. Hate is a strong work, so I don’t agree with that.

I disliked and didn’t agree with most of his tactics and management decisions, that I did do. 3 wins in 25 games? Come on, you’d throw your toys out far enough to Blackpool!

I didn't 'hate' him as I don't know the bloke but I wanted him removed. I've never hidden that and still think he was extremely lucky to keep his job. I'm glad to have been proven wrong but that run last season was dreadful, absolutely terrible! He was putting up with all sorts from City fans and he had his dad going through triple heart surgery at the same time. If he was removed last season, nobody would have been surprised in all honesty.
