Annual home loss to Preston, can hardly contain my excitement. Don’t really care if we lose, if we lose our next 10 at least then there’ll be a slight chance we’ll sack Johnson and get Moyes in.

O’Leary
Hunt Webster Kelly Da Silva
Brownhill Walsh Pack Eliasson
Paterson Weimann

City 1-2 PNE. (Weimann 28’, Davies 58’, Robinson 79’)

Can't see us winning here.

Another game with a forced change to the back five, Rudd simmers my balls but just have to hope he can put in a steady performance and he doesn't have to deal with many crosses. Would be nice if he doesn't let in a 25 yard pea-roller.

Think Hughes will come back in if he's fit, not sure other than that, Saturday sounded pretty shit so possibly Gallagher in for DJ and maybe Nmecha back in.

Guess....

Rudd
Clarke, Huntington, Davies, Hughes
Pearson, Gallagher
Barkhuizen, Browne, Robinson
Maguire

Moyes
Just because he told a Bristol newspaper when asked that he'd never say never to the City job. What's he suppose to say?

I would like to see this team but I'm sure it'll never happen:
Maenpaa
Hunt Webster Kalas Da Silva
Eliasson Pack Walsh O'Dowda
Diedhiou Taylor

It’s not based on that, I’ve said Moyes will be the next City manager for years and years if you have a look through my Twitter. Him and Lansdown are good mates, he’s at Ashton Gate several times a season, great chance to come back and rebuild his reputation at a club he likes and where he’s respected.

Had enough of O’Dowda, he can stay on the bench Saturday. Can’t wait until Adelukan’s back.

Is Lee Johnson shagging your wife or something?

Need Eliasson on imo. One of the few players in the squad who can actually create something.

Well done Preston, easiest win you'll have all season, until you beat us again.
Johnson out, useless fuckwit!!

Sick to death of this now. Two and a half years of the midget and all but 3 months of that time have been absolute drivel. Midget out.

Comfortable. Very surprised how poor Bristol City were. Offered absolutely nothing. No energy, ingenuity or owt.

I know they're capable of far more than that, but that was really poor.

We weren't exactly great ourselves but we always looked comfortable.

Worst we've played this season (And we've played really shit In other games this year so quite the achievement)
But that ref  made some odd decisions but Pearson going down like he's been shot, in fact went into his own player.. Preston play on, even had a go on goal..
We try and counter and the ref blows up to allow Pearson treatment! Worst bit of reffing I've ever seen!

Defend Johnson most weeks but no defending that.

That was dreadful from us but we haven't played well at any point this season in my opinion.
None of us are particularly surprised by today's result tbh.
Well done all the same.

We’ve looked like that most weeks this season mate, Johnson’s shagging my wife though and that’s why I’m fed up, not because he’s spent the best part of 40m and the football is still shite.

Getting a bit boring now. City v Preston is the least interesting and most predictable game of the season for me. Some of the time we are the better team, some of the time (like today) they are but it always ends with anti football timewasting feigning and a Preston win.
I didnt go and barely even checked my phone it was that obvious zzzzzzz.
That LJ hasnt a fucking clue how to get even a point against such a small badly funded club is a damning stain on him.

Likewise, the least interesting and most predictable, dummy-spitting, feet stomping comments following a Bristol City defeat to PNE, are always made by Scott.

I love a good BCFC v PNE meltdown post by Scott, me.

Classic Scotty. Never disappoints.

Knew it.

In all seriousness I still don't think Johnson should go. If we get dragged into a relegation battle I'll come out with bed sheets, banners and the lot but as it stands we're 13th, 6 points off the relegation zone having sold our 3 best players in the summer. We've spent a fair amount but I'd be interested to know how it compares to the other clubs in the league: I'd imagine at least 7/8 clubs have spent more on transfers than us in the summer. Even if that's wrong the squad isn't quite good enough *on paper* to challenge for the play-offs yet. Obviously football's not played on paper but I don't think we can be expecting a play-off finish.

Don't get me wrong I'm not LJ's biggest fan and I feel that if we had a manager like Huddersfield had when they got promoted in Wagner, or Wilder at Sheffield United, or, dare I say it, Uncle Colin I think we could really push for promotion, but the issue is those types of managers are in short supply.

Love the recycled TTOCS comments each year, an added bonus to our free points.

Afraid not, a mate of mine isn’t yet on the LJ out bandwagon. He said a few more performances like that and he will be.

Still not on that bandwagon, but.. if the performances continue in the same vein as yesterday their might not be any other option... a fair few just didn't look interested, including pato who still managed to get on the pitch again... And Baker who looked like he tried to get himself sent off when he did an attempted scissor chop.

There's been some bad performances this season but that was the worst for me, and I of it continues like that for a few more games he may have to go.

Dunno if I'm LJ out but I am beginning to find him a bit tedious and stale. The run of results and deju vue performances for almost a year now bore me to tears.
Midtable manager, what is the highest he has finished?

If that was a dig, well done Josh.
I've never hid my feelings regarding our head coach in that I didn't feel he was anywhere near ready when he got the position and his losing run habit makes me feel he still isn't ready.
If that's 'making the most noise', so be it but at least I've been consistent.
