Is it just me that thought the Swindon player pushed Lewington into Cooper? Don't get me wrong Lewington did shove Cooper Jr but he was shoved by the Swindon bloke first.

He was pushed but he could have stopped himself if we are honest. My guess is he knew he could get away with it and play it off as a 'coming together' so thought fuck it.

He's a dislikable fucker but Dean Lewington is one of the best players in L1, always rated him and he's integral to the way MK Dons play. They look shite without him.

Very much this. He is the most consistent player we have and has been for over 10 years at LB, a very good ball playing defender.
In that time, he has hardly ever lost a battle against a winger. He has had some shockers but generally, the winger would have to be some player (for L1) to get the better of Lewie.

I agree he was at fault for the goal at Oldham, but in his defence he made up for it with a spectacular save after. Would be a bold move dropping him, especially considering Dave Richards has never made a professional appearance!
