You're better than those others yes but your new club has spent more years in Non League than League, so is classed as an historical tinpotter.

To be fair the fact you have failed to get out of this league in 10 years is pretty tinpot. Even Macclesfield got back up quicker than you did!

I think we've only played 3 Brotherhood clashes so far and have W1 D1 L1.

The Mighty fucking Wrexham have beaten the Shaymen once in 9 league matches since we arrived back in the Conference 2013. In fact they kindly granted us our first win that season, 48 hours after we'd played for over an hour with 9 men in getting walloped 5-1 by Cambridge in our first game. We rather like playing Wrexham. :fl:

What exactly are the qualifications required for membership of this brotherhood? My vague understanding is that teams with past football league status are entitled to enter this exclusive club. Or is it invitation only?....

HOW MANY FUCKING TIMES DO I HAVE TO SAY THIS!!

IF YOU WERE IN THE FUCKING FOOTBALL LEAGUE IN 1986, YOU ARE A MEMBER OF THE FUCKING BROTHERHOOD OF GREAT AND HISTORIC FOOTBALL LEAGUE CLUBS. MEMBERSHIP IS FOR ALL TIME. NO MEMBER MAY LEAVE, NO NEW FUCKING MEMBERS MAY BE ADMITTED.

JESUS FUCKING CHRIST!!!! :dk:

Surely the fact we reformed and actually made it back to the Football League puts us in a different category to the rest of those?
You KNOW the rules. There is NO hierarchy within the Brotherhood. We're not having any "some are more equal than others" nonsense. This isn't socialism! :ds:

Master D Sir, fuck off and try to have an original thought in your tiny head. I'm sure there's lots of clubs you could create where Wrexham could reign supreme. How about the Brotherhood of Northern Welsh Football Giants. Or the Brotherhood of Welsh County Cup Champions. The Sheep Shaggers Collective could have legs in it, you could invite Forest Green as a wild card entry. :bdick:

I think this, being something only the tinpotters keep track of, is what crashed this forum for 2 days. The Tinpotter's Cup Final, confirmed.

I know that it's not even correct anyway but I can't be bothered to check the actual stats.

Whoever comes out on top in the head to head between you and York wins the highly respected 'Brothers in the regions' title.

Hang on a minute, what about us? We're in the "regions" as well, just with no other "proper" clubs to play against.

There are seven clubs in the Brotherhood and Torquay are one of them. Each and every one of us equal. Some may have achieved more, some less, some are better supported, some less but the vision and legacy is the same and we all stand together in the plight our clubs are in.

You just can't take part in this year's 'Brothers in the regions' tournie as no other proper club exists in your league. I would say good luck in it next year but you'll be back here.

My dear fellow, I am always right. As you can see, Master D, who stated my facts were incorrect, is himself incorrect, as always. While he appears to have some mysterious and unfounded status with the new arrivals in non league, those of us of longer standing know he is a bullshitter of the first order. :bdick:

Updated table:

1. Orient W3 D2 L0
2. Wrexham W2 D1 L1
3. Hartlepool W1 D3 L1
4. Chesterfield W0 D2 L4

Orient are favourites for the title but much depends on next week as they host Brother Wrexham in a televised BT Sport clash, that'll be beamed across the world.

Hartlepool could finish second if they beat Wrexham at the Vic at some point in the future but it's unlikely they'll be allowed to do as the points fixing phase has now clicked into gear.

Meanwhile, Chesterfield have finished bottom and will end the season without a single Brotherhood victory. So much for that 'shezzarection' eh? A shezzarection is not a Proper Shezzarection without any wins against proper clubs.

I’m working when Orient play Wrexham but I’m gonna ring in sick so I can watch the drama unfold.

I think we need to cross this bridge when we come to it, it's still mathematically possible for ourselves to be relegated from this hell hole to the regional hell hole below, another win for ourselves, hopefully on Saturday against the French tinpotter L'Dover should see us practically safe and will allow us to lay down arms and 'play out' a defeat to our Welsh Brothers (once again!) We also have to save ourselves for home games against not only Solihull but The Evil, so we still have a part to play in helping out both Brother Orient and Wrexham alike.

Would be nice to see a full Rink End of Brothers, only £10 in, we even slash ticket prices, we're that accommodating.

It's Brotherhood Thank-You Day when we play, the groundwork for our victory has already been laid by yourselves.

Hartlepool United have introduced a special ticket offer for the upcoming National League fixture when Wrexham return to the Victoria Ground.

Craig Hignett’s side play host to the Reds on Saturday, 23rd March (3.00pm Kick Off) and have decided to reduce ticket prices across the board for this game, as a thank you to all supporters for their backing in the same fixture last season.

Ticket Prices
Adults: £10.00
Concessions (Senior, Armed Forces, Student, Under 19): £5.00
Under 16: £2.00

Wheelchair/Ambulant Disabled are charged at the relevant age category, with free carer if on high rate DLA/enhanced rate PIP (carers not available online, if purchasing in advance ring Ticket Office on 01429 272584 ext 2 or in person on the day from 10.00am onwards).

Tickets are available here online, where supporters can download tickets straight to their mobile phones, plus other options.

When Pools hosted Wrexham in January 2018 in what became known as ‘Save Pools Day’, the support received by fans of The Dragons, as well as from supporters of clubs from throughout the North East, was overwhelming at what was such a crucial time for the future of the Club.

And now they are inviting all fans back to The Super 6 Stadium to say a big ‘thank you’ for that support.

They have reduced ticket prices to just £10 for adults, £5 for concessions and £2 for Under 16s and want everyone to come back and enjoy the game this season.

“What happened at the Wrexham game last season was massive in terms of the takeover that followed,” Pools boss Craig Hignett admitted.

“I always knew what special supporters we had at the Football Club but the way fans of other clubs in this region and from outside the area, including Wrexham, stood by the Club in that hour of need was nothing short of amazing.

“It seems fitting that when Wrexham return to Hartlepool, we pay tribute to the extraordinary efforts from everyone involved, not just in coming to the game but in the fundraising that went alongside that.

“That Never Say Die spirit is something we pride ourselves on here at Pools and it’s never been more evident that during that period so hopefully this ticket offer can help give a little bit back to recognise everyone who played their part.”

Most I know don't care for us one bit yet would STILL rather see us go up than tinpotters like Gary Neville FC or Solihull Motors Rugby Club.

It's a Proper Club thing, doubt you'd understand.
It’d be great if our feeder clubs made it into the league, better standard of feeder clubs is good for us farming players out and cherry picking the cream of the crop.

So promotions for Wrexham and Warrington would be fine.

It wasn't thanking you for support like we said it was, that was just a ruse, it was in fact a thanks for taking both Deverdics and Franks off our hands last season :shifty:

Deverdics is literally only in the squad for banter at this point. We've paid him a whole season just for his cheeky chappy persona around the club.

And I've never heard of this Franks you refer to :emb:

I would get it in writing if I were you. It saddens me greatly to say this but I have reason to believe the Poolies are not abiding with the rules. Have a word with your fellow brothers Orient and they'll tell you all about it. Don't let them fool you with their 'we aren't safe yet' excuse, it's all hogwash. We all know they are staying up, and quite comfortably too if you ask me.

Anyway, do not slip up now please Wrexham. A decade out of the FL is a long time indeed and I can barely remember what your ground looks like :(

Chesterfield did the honourable thing. With Orient's run in and us spending longer down here, I think it's only fair that they award us the win on Saturday for the good of the brotherhood. Orient can then focus on decimating the EVIL in the play offs.

You could be up for libel Vanni if you continue to make these false accusations against us.

I'm referring you to the Brotherhood disciplinary committee forthwith.

My inside sources tell me that scenario is the most likely to be played out but I can't say for definite. They never make their decisions public.
