A HUGE crowd of 3500 will be CRAMMED into the cauldron of football that is the Exacta stadium. A passionate crowd packed four rows deep!!

AND ITS LIVE!

I'm actually pleased about this as I stopped going due to the bubble nonsense and will now watch it in the pub.

Bt must have enjoyed last season televised north Wales derby so much they want to show another one. Be good for chester who will get treble their usual crowd for a televised game. We haven't beaten the reformed chester at the diva stadium, although alabi'so dive robbed us last season.

A Gateshead home game on live TV would be a PR disaster for the National League- a game played out in silence in an all but empty stadium.
Neil Aspin always knew he was flogging a dead horse there. Gateshead likes to pretend it is a town in its own right but the sight of St James' Park looming large as you pull into the running track's car park demolishes that delusion. :bdick:

Let's hope crowds increase due to new management to shut naysayers up like you. Not easy been so near a big team as you'd will know been near Leeds. I suppose them 0 years FC Halifax spent in the football league helps bring into he crowds

Could show our game on Boxing Day then. Would expect a large crowd that day, especially if we are doing well.

So it begins. This has now cost me and extra £50-£60 and another day's annual leave to now make this game. Going to still go up Tuesday, but will do another game instead in the region - Probably Warrington.

Then Taking in our game Wednesday and home Thursday.

Fuck you BT Sport you bunch of fucking c***, I hope whoever made this decision rots in hell.

Fuck BT period.

I just moved to Talk Talk for my calls, line rental and broadband and I'm saving £22.55 a month.

BT are just robbing bastards and those Open Reach guys are a load of ignorant, foul-mouthed skiving c**ts.

Sos typo. Should have said bt just like to get excited over the ex league teams

Errrr because they are the only sides that pull in any viewers and basically the reason that this awful league is even shown on TV.

Yup, and the reason why they chose The Shaymen to launch their channel. :bdick:

Yep, two ex league giants will do battle at Hayes Lane on January 1...

I'm actually quite disappointed our game has been selected to be honest. Our games with Bromley (except for when we beat them 4-0 in the play offs) are quite shit, and there's far better selections that day.

Fuck all people want to go to Bromley for a Saturday 3pm kick off, let alone 7:45 on New Year's Day.

Top of the league and can't get on the telly. Brilliant

Hey, you've already been on once this season! BT did a great job preempting one of the leagues front runners at the start of the season.

Hopefully we're now out of favour, it's a little bit more wearing losing when it's on tele.
