Tough one to call, this. We've been poor so far and confidence may be low, but I think we've got a good squad and things will pick up soon. The overreaction to our start has been quite embarrassing from some of our fans and it is completely unjustified. Blackburn are/were favourites for the title and they've lost both games too!

I do agree we need the two/three further additions as quickly as possible because we definitely lack depth in certain areas, but I don't see any reason why we can't go to Gigg Lane and get a result.

Haha that was awful. We have the same problem as last season - no midfield. No one that will take the game by the balls. Clarke seriously needs to stop messing about with formation. For one we don't need to play with 3 CB at home. Two stop buying wasters like Alex Bruce. Three actually play with wingers like Zeli and 4 play a proper RB and not a winger like Jones or Humphries.

I'll be very surprised if we get anything at Dale next week. We need a midfielder to replace Dawson otherwise we'll stay in the bottom half.

Said it from day one but lee Clark has to be one of the most overrated managers going. Took years to get Huddersfield promoted, did nothing with Blackpool and nearly got Birmingham relegated. With a better manager, bury would do well.

We were outstanding today and thoroughly deserved to win the game. 3-2 flattered Bury completely, partly because they didn't deserve their two late goals but also because we'd have scored six on another day.

Getting that first win is a massive weight off our shoulders and we can kick on now with full confidence.

It did, when you realised at the 20 min mark our midfield was there for the taking you took it and played us off the pitch.

Embarrassing performance. Started ok. Our prima donna over paid superstars Beckford, Aldred Ajose, Bunn don't care. Sack the lot including the management team.

The Bury manager was right in his post match interview, this could easily have been a record score for L1. 2-3 doesn't even begin to tell the story.

Completely dominant for 90 minutus. 26 shots on goal, 13 on target. Not sure how we only scored 3 but the Bury keeper made some great saves to be fair.

Pity we switched off in injury time but the boys should take confidence from an excellent performance. They outclassed Bury all over the pitch for pretty much the entire match.

Much much better on Saturday. We were good all over the park until the final 3 minutes. We did exactly what Peterborough did to us last weekend. It's a real shame we cocked up the final 3 minutes as 3-0 was a fair score line.

Sorry to say Bury fans that you were absolutely dreadful. The amount of times you gave the ball away was unbelievable. So much space and time and you'd suddenly pass to our forwards who'd then break forward.

Annoying we couldn't actually finish, otherwise it could have been 5-6 goals. Anyway, i'd had taken a draw before the game so i'll take a win. We still have a lot to work on, but it's a step in the right direction.

We have some players who are well passed there sell by date. Not sure any of our new players and there's lots of them have added anything to our team. Most will be on far more wages than they should be. Rumoured to have paid a fee not far from £700 thousand for Bunn. Maguire, Beckford, Ajose, Aldred and Dawson won't have come cheap. Relegation battle I fear already.

Ajose is on loan and I would guess we're still paying most of his wages.
