Have Brum sold out?

Change of shape for Brum, another win here IMO.

0-2, Jutkiewicz and Cotterill.

Great finish, gave a bit to the Brum fans afterwards as well.

Should be 2 or 3 up, will they live to regret it?.

Wouldn't surprise me. That's exactly what happened on Tuesday night. If we go down then it'll be down to not taking our chances because we do create. I'd say we're as competent as any bang average mid table team at the back but we lack a cutting edge. That said, pleasantly surprised by that first half.

Been good so far, although blues have been all over the place at the back.

I won't thank the commentator for saying that "surely finishes the game" with half an hour to go.

Brum have been shit since the first 20 minutes, look vulnerable at the back and haven't anything going forward.

They've had two shots so far.

Really happy with that. I had this down for a 0-0 with us missing a load of chances again but at least we took a couple of them tonight. Shame our first win in ages had to come vs Rowett because I've got a lot of time for him since he kick started this purple patch we're going through.

Well done Burton, said when we lost there in August we wouldn't be the only team they turn over at home, it's going to be a tough place to go this season. Still early days but they are looking pretty good for comfortable survival at the minute.

What's with Burton singing Bob Marley tracks?
Think its just the 1 don't worry bout a thing.
Perfectly apt really in the circumstances we find ourselves in, almost certs to go down at start of season (and probably still are), but don't worry everything will alright with Sir Ben in charge

Burton could well finish midtable, was impressed with them at Wolves as well.

Completely agree, was impressed with them on Tuesday, despite us winning! Made us look silly at times

We won't go down if we can put that first 11 out consistently. With the resources we have I think Nigel put his attention on building the strongest first 11 we could and at the moment it looks like he's succeeded. The obvious side effect of that is no real squad depth but you do the best you can with what you've got. Only worries for me are injuries, suspensions and if clubs coming sniffing round Irvine and Palmer in January.

Blouse need bringing down a peg or two, 1-0 to the home side.
Fast-forward one month... Blues are up to 4th and Wolves are on their way back down to League 1.

2016/17 is looking like it's gonna be a good one.
