Taking it a little O/T but as Lordjord, no fishing; just genuinly interested as to your quite obvious disdainful view of Dave Flitcroft. We are Loss/Win following the JPT and League games this season and thought that your team played for him on both occassions, in fact imho Danny Mayor, who seems to be chipping in with a few goals recently, Bury have the best visiting player to play at the Globe this season. Of course he won't be cheap but he went to Bury over a few other suitors, that must have had something to to with the Manager.

Looking forward to the Easter Monday trip, I fancy us to take at least a point as our respective Managers seem to know each other pretty well. I believe you will be in the play-offs come the business end, then it will be down to nerves.

However your BoD have put the carrington deal together can only enhance the Clubs standing. There will be jealousy and sideways snides from all quarters but fair play to them i say.

Whilst that may be the case, you guys average I assume around 3.5 k at home? I would expect pompey, luton etc who get over double the crowds to spend more to be fair. Just wondering if the mystery man behind the club has been unveiled really.

Yes all three teams get at least double what we get at home. I'm not naive enough to think that we're doing everything morally right in football terms.However we've got way more sponsorship than in previous seasons, big rumours that we're holding a two day festival in the summer which is going to bring in a six-figure fee and there are plans for executive boxes and a hotel to be built sometime soon.

It would take us years at a higher level to get anywhere near the support of Luton or Portsmouth and even then there's no guarantee. There is no mystery man (If there is then it's the best kept secret in football) All we have is a chairman, director with ideas for a small Lancashire club

Btw I still think our team is a work in process and I think we have a manager that yeah makes a lot of mistakes deserves another season to take us up. He's had a lot of money and time but I don't think we're good enough to go up this season.
