In a step closer to hopefully providing at least some closure if nothing else, French authorities have found some wreckage washed up on the Normandy coast which they believe is "likely" to be from the missing aircraft. They will conduct an underwater survey of the area in the coming days.

Sad news - hopefully they find the pilot's too for peace of mind.
I agree, although I unfortunately cannot see how they possible could.

Got to feel for the family of the pilot especially, seems no one really seems to mention him

I suspect Cardiff might try to sue the pilot's family or organisation he worked with for negligence as a way of not having to pay the transfer fee to Nantes.
