4 English sides in the finals, and I only like 1 of them lol. Spurs winning the CL would at least show you don't have to throw hundreds of millions at players to be able to win anything. And they're still English owned. I like Klopp as well and at least Liverpool are like Spurs looking to develop a few English/British players.

Shame that other then 4 or 5 clubs no one is allowed to stay competitive for long cos all their best players get cherry picked. Ajax won't be back anytime soon.

Tottenham - Liverpool

The final you could not predict.. The Champions League is still a magnificient competition where there a lot of surprise

I think that Spurs are underdog but have good possibilites to win the competition despite Liverpool are more strong.

I think it's going to be something humiliating like 5-0 to Liverpool.

Least the penalty gave people something to talk about because there hasn't been much else !!

Easy win for the bindippers in the end, shame they won't win what really matters for another 25 years.

Thought it was a poor game because Tottenham didnt make Liverpool work hard for the win. Also playing Kane and Winks who both had no match fitness at all felt like pure desperation.

From Liverpool's point of view they were comfortable and didnt need to push forward, just had to wait for the opportunity to get a second which was always coming and Origi took it well.

Over the season, Liverpool were worthy winners of the Champions League

I thought Winks and Kane were two of of their better players to be honest. Eriksen, Dele Alli and Trippier were awful though.

Winks played well I thought. Salah is still greedy as fuck, you can see Mane getting more frustrated with his solo efforts lately.

As for the game itself, I didn't quite mind sitting through a game of nothing after all the drama of the KO stages.

What will change in 25 years time? Seems an odd statement when they've just missed out by one point.

Get a shot at the league every year pal, but the European Cup just adds to the legend. ;)

City always seem to get a favourable group, also seems to throw the same teams together year after year these draws.
