Can you lot not give it a rest?
Ok he talks some crap (or is on the wind up) but 5 or 6 having a dig, you're like schoolyard bullies.
If you don't like it, just ignore it, he probably likes the attention anyway.
Chat shit get banged...

Trains shouldn’t really have much of an effect, it’s a couple of quid apiece in a minibus.

£35 tickets are ridiculous though.
Not everyone goes in a group big enough for a minibus though but I take your point. Still a bit shit for such a close game.

Fans are boycotting it on principle, nothing to do with travel. Normal prices like PNE charged and it’s 4k regardless of no trains. We’d only sold 1.5k earlier in the week, but I’m guessing loads caved in after we beat Blackburn.

Not to mention the small matter of us losing our last seven away games on the bounce. It’s going to be a 0-0.

Away support is generally embedded within the culture of a club. Consistent travel: Some clubs do, some clubs dont. Hard to change the habit either way.

I think it’s true of some clubs that they’re massively dependant on how they’re getting on on the pitch, see Blackburn last season as an example. I think it’s true of Sheffield Utd as well, their core support is decent enough but when they’re flying they’re up there with the best in the league.

Agree with this tbf. I mentioned something similar about folk from the north east . It’s embedded in them to travel for work, footy or whatever else.

Their away support wasn’t on the same level as the season before in league 1, and they had a very good season last year, and are having another good season so far. I think blademan will agree?

We were flying all year in league one , not just a few month , if we were top in this league in the 2nd half of the season, everywhere would sell out. Very fickle our lot though a couple of losses and interest has gone

about three times as many as last time though (that isn't a dig either) at a similar time of year.

Last time we had a proper shit team losing every week, this time at least we are competing and getting some results and tickets aren't as expensive this time at 33 quid. I can understand the very low following the last time but we should be taking a lot more this time imo.

Not away support related, but just read that Wednesday have lost one of their most devoted (and well known) supporters.
Rip Allan When, goodnight big fella.

Like a lot of away support in this division to be fair with you.
