It’s dead now, and majority of lads would run at the sight of a proper old school mob. It’s all silly now, but back in the day it was the real deal.
Agree all Derby old lads are at least in there early 50s, and a lot are even in there 60s. No mobs are like they where in the early to mid 80s, remember some very scary moments back then.

If they existed they wouldn't turn (just like your lot in 96)
Was talking to one of the old boys on a building site a few years back, asking him his favourite away day, he said it was Leeds, he said you always got it at Leeds, one of your lot took his eye out, I think it was in the mid 80s, this lad was still playing rugby 4 years back, and he is about 58 years old now. A really character though.

They all contradict themselves. Read the blues and villa books for a great example. Who’s lying?

True, it's one persons opinion I was told by some, it was on the day, also the element of surprise came into it, and numbers also , although many I speak to always say Leeds, Brum, Millwall and West Ham was some very good mobs back in the 80s, also Man U, had great numbers, remember once at Derby, never seen a group like it, must have been close to a 1000. Unless I had my beer goggles on lol.

No one travelled like Man Utd did. And old Trafford was as bad as anywhere to go by all accounts.

With my mate having a pint and he’s number 11.000 in the queue for Wembley tickets. It went on sale to supporters with 5+ league home games from this season .

Is there actually that many in front of him though?

They don’t seem to make a lot sense, like this one.

Yeah he should. Looking doubtful for the next sales window which is 3+ league games though .

They dont deserve one though do they anyway if they've only been to 3 matches, especially at a club villas size they cant expect to get one.

How many st holders do you have, just seen everyone can buy 4, surely that means some could miss out?

Think it’s at the lowest it’s been for years at around 7,000 so they will all be fine.

We had sold 15,000 earlier this morning. Everyone that wants one should be fine, a lot of season ticket holders are getting tickets for others who would qualify tomorrow or Monday anyway. I wouldn’t qualify until Monday but thankfully my old man sorted mine today. Just realised I misread the ticket information and would qualify tomorrow anyway.

Apparantly our ticket office are holding tickets back for each sales window which I don’t agree with at all. Our lowest sales window is 1+ home game.

I have heard that we are also doing this, they are making different parts of the ground have different seats available on different days, we have 21000 season ticket holders, so everyone will get one, but it may not be there preferred seat or section, sold over 18000, yesterday, will be sold out tomorrow, the buzz in Derby is massive, think a lot of fans are surprised we got there, so it's all nice and relax and positive, football is a funny old game in Franks first season as manager, and JT, in his first coaching roll, coming up against each other.

Same at our place. Fans are buying tickets in the Gods because nothing else avaliable then in the next sales window better seats are appearing online. A few are moaning about it. I’m in the middle tier behind the goal, so sound.

I have heard that this is down to Wembley not the clubs, I am in block 502, row 25 seats 417 to 423, wanted 13 together, but was impossible to sort this, but we are all in one mini bus and hotel, so we will have a good crack.

I agree , but we was getting problems getting seats together, it should be all on sale at one time, and fans who have been going all season should get the choice of seats.

Well if you lose it’s only cost you 40 quid for ticket. Mine is double that.

Reason they do it is in case 1 team doesnt sell out they can give the other more seats, also looks full for tv.

How have you paid £67 for block 502? Sounds like one of your mates has had you off.
