Can anyone help with these missing numbers?

I stupidly volunteered myself to collate this information elsewhere thinking it would be a piece of, turns out it’s really not.

Brentford at Boro - 10th August
Fulham at Cardiff - 30th August
Hull at Swansea - 3rd August
Millwall at Fulham - 21st August
QPR at Sheff W - 31st August
Reading at Hull - 10th August
Boro at Cardiff - 21st September
Fulham at Sheff W - 21st September
Reading at Swansea - 28th September
Fulham at Reading - 1st October
QPR at Cardiff - 1st October
Stoke at Swansea - 5th October
Hull at Huddersfield - 5th October
Wigan at Sheff W - 5th October

Think they’re all still outstanding, plus more but spreadsheet is on computer at work.

2180 Wall
4500 PNE
2300 Hudders

1250 Cardiff

Chased up ours and Cardiff, will try Boro too.

Mr Blademan,
Do your lot publish their away figures anywhere, or have they joined the list of Prem teams who are too secretive to do that kind of thing?

Yes we do when I'm home I'll send em you

Derby average at the mo is approx 2060. Huddersfield 1800 approx. Stoke 2930 approx. Brentford 1600. Leeds 1025. Barnsley 2130 approx. Charlton 2999. Also sold about 2600 tickets for Hull tomorrow, not bad for our away form this season, think we will be in the top 5 away support at the mo.

DJS/Bobbin any numbers you need that I can help with?

Loads, but I haven't got access to my spreadsheet until early next week.

It would be really helpful if anyone who gets any confirmed figures from whatever source, could post them, especially if they are from programmes as these are often not published elsewhere.

Barnsley have been worse than usual this season for announcing away numbers, no idea what Swansea had at ours or what we had at WBA midweek. Should have 2,200 at Hudds today, just short of a sell out. 30 quid and no win since the opening day taking it's toll apparently.

21,799 at St Andrews with 2,676 from Luton (although I think many didn't get to the game and got stuck on the M1).

Second city with over a million people and the second biggest club in the area and only getting 19,000 home fans?

And there are over 250,000 people within South Bedfordshire yet Luton only get 9,000 home fans in a one club town. I wouldn't go criticising other teams support.

It is what it is. I’ve been going down there since 85, and barring the first few seasons in the Prem, we just don’t attract as many fans as you’d expect.

We’re unfashionable.

And those who do go, love that fact :)

FWIW I’m sure the Albion fans (Play in a Birmingham postcode) would argue for “Second biggest club in Brum”

So going by the same ratio we should get less than 5000 fans...

You DO KNOW that 9000 home fans is actually the capacity don't you?
And that we are sold out with a waiting list for every game, which suggests that we could actually sell more if we had the room.

No, because as a Lutonian and an infrequent visitor at Kenilworth Road, that had never crossed my mind.

I've also stated on here more than once that Luton's home crowds would increase by 50% as and when Power Court is built. I just thought it was rich that other teams home crowds were being knocked knowing full well that Luton hadn't sold out home games regularly until the back of last season. That I DO KNOW (big fan of the caps lock for dramatic effect).

That said, I've been stumped by Kenneth E End's reply, as a ratio it would be less than 5,000.

I’ve posted the Cardiff figure 3 times for you. You Brum bound yet? My train to Manchester is in 35 minutes.

Yeah, I have it on my spreadsheet at work but not on the information I was looking at last night.

Was on the 8.40 out of Marylebone and got to Brum at half 10.

Going on populations both your city and town are virtually took over by non English people so its completely irrelevant the crowds.

1.1m population = 19k fans (less than 2%}
250k population = 4300 at the same %

We’ve been selling the ground out for a fair while. This season we are at 99.9% capacity with high ticket prices and caps and only 1000 away fans.

There are 250000 Asians in Brum. The ones that follow football will follow United, Liverpool etc. Old Villa and Blues strongholds are now Muslim areas where footy is far from one of their main passions. Blues have a bigger fanbase than their crowds indicate, but it’s mostly always been the same there as a lot just don’t bother going. It’s also not a proper footballing city anymore like Sheffield Newcastle etc for whatever reason.
