Battered them. Not sure how we didn’t win. They won’t score a goal like that for a few seasons.
Fine margins, and need a bit of luck. Play like that and we will be fine.
Just walked all the way back in to town - SYP incompetence shocker!

If Leeds fans hadn't smashed them up on the way to the match, trams would have been running after the match.

Must give em a right buzz, kicking shit out of a tram.

Having said that SYP are pretty shite.

Heard Leeds fans were playing up tonight. Not sure how true, or even how bad, but they will be wondering why they only have the top tier at Hillsborough next season. That’s if they don’t go up this season.
Walked out and saw fuck all

When we were finishing 13/14/15th for the 3rd season running with fucking awful owners?
Surprised how quickly they’ve gone this season, thought anybody who wanted would have time to get one, as not quite sold out last couple of times
1 team city, you lot come nowhere Sheffield as a football city, you were wank before 1960, rugby town.

It was a brilliant goal, Reach and Bannan have an habit of coming up with spectacular goals, a lot more than every few seasons. :bg:
Leeds were better side and should have won but that's more down to being so poor in front of goal, Bamford being out for a long time might be difference between automatic and play offs come end of season.

Busy in Sheff city centre before game. Lots of pubs full of away fans. No fighting just petty vandalism by Leeds kids. Beehive was our pub of choice. Long walk back after. SYP made it look like wild west but nowt going off really bit of handbags at back of leppings beforehand. Good day out, love that stadium one of my favourites.

Brilliant response

Ah well. It's always the same with Wednesday and Leeds fans and the whole who's the "biggest" club pissing competition. With both having been out of the Premier League now for considerable time, with seldom signs of returning, it's the football equivalent of 2 bald men arguing over a comb.

Laugh as much as you want but it is true, if Sheffield had just the one football club attendances would be much higher than Leeds, majority would be locals too, half of Leeds fans come from way outside Leeds and have no links with city whatsoever, the city is a Rugby league area.
Football was born and bred in Sheffield.

Supposed to be a big club, flying in the league and it’s not exactly far. Not played here for a few years either, was expecting at least 4,000

Not a big club at all though, didn't ever sell out any home games in the prem. 3k is very good.

West Brom’s support has held up well this season. Obviously doing well has helped, but they rarely sold out a 26k capacity ground in the prem. Their away support has never been up to much, but I thought it was a decent following today. They are a traditional club, of medium size with 4 other clubs within 10 miles of their stadium. Villa and Wolves on their door step who are well supported clubs, so they don’t do too bad.

Yes I say so, at the time I thought we got away with it but watched it back, two pens and a fucking vile elbow in 1FF.

Leeds impressed me but they won't keep that work rate up.
They won’t finish top two. For how good they have been this season, they sit 3rd? And no one is running away with it. Boro and West Brom will be above them come the end.

New ground, and not too far away, but they have got off to a poor start. They don’t travel that well anyway, so a standard following from them.
So you agree it's shit, they brought more to ours with 15 quid extra per ticket

West Brom will piss the league despite Darren Moore. Fancy us Wednesday mind, if we drop the shit keeper.
