Idea taken from L1 section. As per WilliamHill (easiest to copy and paste):
  • West Brom - 5/2
  • Leeds - 5/2
  • Fulham - 5/2
  • Cardiff - 3/1
  • Stoke - 7/2
  • Middlesbrough – 9/2
  • Huddersfield – 5/1
  • Brentford – 5/1
  • Derby – 11/2
  • Nottingham Forest – 7/1
  • Sheffield Wednesday -7/1
  • Bristol City – 7/1
  • Swansea – 8/1
  • Birmingham – 8/1
  • Preston North End – 9/1
  • Luton – 12/1
  • Blackburn – 12/1
  • Hull City – 12/1
  • QPR – 16/1
  • Millwall – 16/1
  • Reading – 16/1
  • Wigan Athletic – 16/1
  • Barnsley – 22/1
  • Charlton Athletic – 25/1
Any value there or anyone you think's overpriced?

Given the fact there's three joint favourites I think that shows they've absolutely no idea at this stage. Leeds and Cardiff are decent value I think, will definitely have a go on Preston at 9/1 as well before that plummets.

West Brom are ridiculously under priced given they're going to be without Gayle, Barnes and probably Rodriguez next year and they'll have only made about 5m from the three of them.

They only loaned Barnes and Gayle anyway, so 5m from J Rod.

Stoke are too short as are Brentford

Think we’re hugely overpriced as things stand.

Probably about right for us, always a chance we could sneak the play-offs if we get lucky on the injury front.

Think Fulham will be automatics, could be anyone for the other 2 places.

Agree West Brom are massively overpriced. A very old squad and missing 2 or more of their best players from last season.

I know, so they've still lost their 3 best players from last season and got 5m combined for them.

Brentford way too short as they always are with the bookies. Weird love in.

Don't think Parker is good enough as a manager for automatic to be honest.

True, think their inexperienced manager is the only thing that could hold them back. Can see them investing in Gayle when Mitrovic is sold, and if they replace some of their Premier League mercenaries with players of the ilk who got them promoted in the first place they should be fine.

Then again we all thought the same of Stoke last season...

I can't see Fulham going up under Parker like Walkley, he didn't seem to change their fortunes at the back end of last season in any way.

I also expect that Sessegnon and Mitrovic won't be there come the opening day. Word is that they're trying to replace Sessegnon with O'Dowda

Think they're signing Ivan Cav from us

Not surprised to see us up there, we’ve finished in the top half every season we’ve been in this league, normally only a few points off the play offs, despite continually losing our best players. With our squad from last year still intact, we should be among the 8-10 favourites to go up, though I would also expect our odds to fall if / when the likes of Maupay and Benrahma go.

A little surprised to see us above the likes of Derby and Bristol, though both teams relied on a lot of loan players last year that they haven’t yet replaced - again I’d expect their odds to rise as they make signings.

Just read my OP back by chance of clicking on the thread by accident and surprised I wasn't pulled up on it, most illiterate post I've read on here.

Interesting odds.

I don't think that Cardiff City will go back up this season, got a real nagging doubt despite the odds.

I have gone for Derby County (snow pending), Middlesbrough and West Bromwich Albion to go up.

Boro?

Nah, Woodgate and lack of spending will screw em.

West Brom, three key players down from last year and a manager with little Championship experience, again not for me.

Cocu is another untested manager at this level.

Don’t fancy any of them as Walkley said. Playoff outsiders maybe, not near automatics though. Derby an unknown quantity of course but they’ve lost their 3 star players from last season so they need one hell of a rebuilding job.

And you lot are just pleased because you won 14-0 away from home yesterday.

Only the games against Wigan, Charlton and Millwall will be that easy during the season.
And QPR, Brentford and Huddersfield.
