So, hopefully only one team (Leeds or Huddersfield) wins their match and we can start a new round. Unfortunately both are playing against the bottom two.

I'm still angry about Wolves that they let me down....against QPR. WTF!!! I was the only one who voted for Wolves (now I know why :D ) and a win would mean at least a third place finish. Would be my best finish after I was under the last 4 sometimes and forgot to vote in the next round :D

And after 8 rounds we have finally reached a conclusion of LMS II and our winner is.............................

VEGGIE LEGS

A very bold selection of Nottm Forest doesn't pay off for SMH who finishes LMS II in 2nd place and receives 80 points for his efforts but it is Veggie Legs who is Last Man Standing and receives 278 points which is enough to take them to the top of the table.

The 40 points that were available for a 3rd placed finish will roll over into Last Man Standing III

My ingenius tactic of picking Wigan's opponents every week finally causes my undoing. Well in VL!

And here are the all important stats for the full game thus far.....

12b3318203.jpg

Only those who take part in at least 50% of the games will be included on this table.

I have decided that long term consistency should be rewarded so there will be an end of season bonus for those who finish in the top 5 of this table come the end of the season. Bonus point breakdown is below:

1st place = 500 points
2nd place = 250 points
3rd place = 150 points
4th place = 75 points
5th place = 25 points

Where players are tied in a position, they will each receive the full bonus points for that position - there will be no shared points.
The amount of games you play in and 1st, 2nd, 3rd place finishes will give positional priority where there are ties (hence Magic being 2nd in his own right because he has played in both games whereas those in 3rd place have only played in 1).

At least you have a 4th round place for Wigan as a consolation prize :)

None of the L1 games have reached an 8th round so yeah it is safe to say this one dragged on a bit
6 games have been completed in the L1 game as well and we have only ever found 1 Last Man Standing, we have found 2 in 2 in the Championship

One of very few sure bets in this round. I can understand that you don't want to bet against your team :D

(knowing my luck I've just "jinxed" this match )
